There is no such tool. You should post a request thread on the Services or Services announcements board to hire a developer to build your swap tool. But they'd need your project details. Is there no developer on your team though? Building the swap tool should be not that difficult if they know smart contract and stuff like that.
We have developers but no viable trustless decentralized solution has been achieved. Sure we could load up the SWAP value to the built centralized solution but not worth the risk. Would rather process every single evolved transaction by hand over the chance of centralized vulnerabilities. We have seen to many time the failure of these centralized systems/platforms. Our utility does not revolve around the needed platform. We will use it for an onboarding period then NEVER again. We simply might have to do every evolution manually. At least we know for 100% no vulnerabilities. We don't want to get to hung up on this because it is a small part of the overall project. If a solution was found we would certainly be looked into.
