Myetherwallet not support automatic transfer right now. You can do that though script make by yourself.
Yes they use some script to make transactions automate.I saw a few hundreds of transactions took place from the same address at the same time
I never see options to do so
It takes so much time to do the airdrop manually to thousands of address
But some airdrop dev said they manage to make a script to automate it

all transations i MyEtherWallet is done by manual transactions,
so there is no automatically transactions on MEW
so there is no automatically transactions on MEW
As far as I know you can only do it manually. Most of the airdrops distributions take too much time, because of this issue. If there is some kind of script or application then it would take much less time.
