The issue is overheating which is why your miner is not running in high-performance mode.

You need to find a way to cool down the miner.
If your room does have a window you might need to exhaust the hot air out to cool down the miner.

Or manually set the miner's fan speed to 90% to cool down the miner.

In high performance mode, the MAX temp is 105 and AVG temp is 83. Excessively high temperatures may cause some chips to become unstable. You can also check the connection of the MM board and hash board.

I searched the forum, and tried the solutions I found.

Still not hashing correctly.

I cleaned out my ASICS, and one is working great. The other wont hash correctly in high performance mode.

Its weird that the average hashrate is higher than the realtime hashrate. Normally the average trails the realtime hashrate for the first 15 minutes as it stabilizes.

I tried rebooting twice in a row to clear cache. I opened up the case to verify everything is plugged in right.

What else can I check or troubleshoot?
