Hi there! I also had a similar problem when I used to mine bitcoin at home. I had an Avalon Miner 741, and I used it in acquiring satoshi. But after a period of time it started to work really slow. I did not know what was the case with it, and I also observed like you that the blue light changed to red. I asked an expert and he said that it was counterfeit. I bought it from an acquaintance, and I think your miner is also counterfeit. So I was advised to buy miners from secure sites, and my expert recommended me this platform thegrommet.com. Post the cgminer log in the code tags the button for code tags looks like # above.
It would be from the cgminer API Log tab.
Edit* If it is mining fine it's probably just a warning and you can ignore it. But if you want to be sure just post the log.

what can i do for that
the problem happens when i make a change in configure cgminer page like change fan speed !!!
sometimes the problem happens automatically after several minutes working without any change
