I suggest you reread the forums.
Avalon are, as of today, the only company that have delivered ASIC miners to customers. ASICMINER are auctioning units right now - units that are the same as the ones they've been mining with for the last few months.
I think you're confusing Avalon with BFL and primeASIC and other scammers/serial non-deliverers.
might be better to use BFL now

From my understanding the company is super unethical. They take forever to deliver. They probably use the funds to mine for a few months before sending it out.
