The preferred support method for Avalon is http://support.avalon-asic.com/ from what I understand.

Yes, this is being reported in the Custom hardware board.

Many people are seeing this problem.

While I've been following that thread too, I cannot post there because newbie on this forum. ;3

I too got Walletbit's email finally confirming funds were received, but Avalon's "My Orders" section claims my order state is "canceled"; probably for Walletbit taking so long to confirm the order payment.

I replied to [email protected] (who sent the mass notice) detailing all of the documentation that I've paid the appropriate address and during the appropriate time window, and clarifying that I prefer the unit be shipped if at all possible. We'll just see if that does the trick or not. :J

I actually got an email from walletbit that everything went fine so it seem it is all good now, hopefully Wink

Hi,

I ordered 2 avalon from batch 2, I paid as guest and sent the money to the address shown

After a few minutes the walletbit count down/time out timed out and sent me back to my cart.
 
I can't post on the Hardware forum as I am a newbe, can someone please help me repost this message there ? Or suggest something ?

What should I do ? I don't want to miss out on the avalon, but obviously I also don't want to make a duplicate order.
