All emails and forum posts indicate that batch 3 is shipping and Batch 2 has already been completed.

After a quick Google search to Avalon's site they list batch one as shipping and batch two as production. Why don't you know this is on their front page? No phone number how ever sorry, look up their domain registration, it may provide more info. I Google for myself

Sorry to be a complete noob, but I do not know where to find this information, I was under the impression that Avalon only did tickets.  Can you provide a phone number?

Still no Response, I do not know how to get YIFU's Attention, I'm beyond pissed off at this point.  And really expected somebody to take care of their customers more.

I even had Instwallet confirm my trasnaction.

I recently found out that Avalon claims to have sent all of their ASIC miners for batch 2 as of a few days ago.

I'm hesitant to call this a scam but i feel this is the only way to get their attention.

I'd like to say I have not received my order at all and Bitsyn has done a terrible job at staying in contact with me.

I originally sent a message to them 25 days ago. Ticket ID #1091 Stating

I later then received a message back stating.

As of finding out they have recently sent all of their batch #2 asics. I decided to put another ticket in.  As I have not received a single message from them regarding shipping (DHL) or even had the item added to my personal cart which is troublesome.

I have received no response.  And am getting extremely anxious as I bought this in FEB on the order day (Part 1) and have yet to hear a WORD.  Im hoping once I get out of the noobie section I'll be able to add my info into:
