I guess if you purchase 10k chips then the comm protocol info will be given & you have to redesign PCB / controller from scratch. otherwise no way.
Let us see and wait for avalon reply. I am not about to do business from it it is just like a hobby project For me

10,000 chips is a hobby project to you?

Dear
Ngzhang (BitSyncom),

I am interested to build a couple of units myself. Reading your latest newsletter i understood your intention is to make ASIC chips to be available for sale as separate item. However in order for us the hobbyist to be able to use them we need following to happen:

1. Have the ASIC board PSB design available altum or whatever
2. To be able to purchase PDU (it can be spiked probably) and Controller alone (necessary) or to have them in Altum
3. All interface cables and power cables pinout schematics

I will be very glad if you consider the option and sell us all components needed (ASIC chips, Inductors + FTDI and all rare components excluding capacitors and resistors which are easy to find) as DIY KIT and to provide us the  design of the ASIC PCB + Controller - including controller Firmware if there is one.

I personally would be very happy to be able to build my unit myself and this will give me much off joy doing that.

I am waiting for your comments

Best
