If you can go to the dashboard would you mind to go to API logs and copy them and then paste it here put it inside the insert code tag or use pastebin.com and paste the URL here.

Since it's rebooting do it faster we might get some idea on the logs.

If you can't then I suggest try to disconnect all cables and replug only the power supply and control board try to run it without hashboards and let see if you can get the recent API logs.

The miner boots correctly and when it starts to show mining activities on its dashboard, it decelerate the fans to full stop and restart over, after about 30 seconds.

What's the scenario you see it rebooting, like if it's anyhting specific? Do you see the pattern or can you replicate the scenario that leads to rebooting?
