Anyone know where I can get one (and the cable)? Thanks.

Have you tried reaching out to Canaan through a support ticket? It may take a while to get a response but they would probably be the best bet for tracking 1 down. You may also want to post in the marketplace that you would like to buy 1.

good luck

Hi. We can get the Avalon6/Pi working properly. The PSU stays on with the fan on low. The fan on the Avalon6 comes on loudly for a couple of seconds and then stops. The light on the black blinks yellowish-green.

The Pi has the software from Canaan.io, but the system really never boots up.

When we bought the Avalon6, it didn't come with a 4pin to usb, so we bought this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000IV6S9S/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1, but some posts seem to say that we need an AUC2. Is this my problem?

Or do you think the problem is solely on the Pi software? When I run the Pi, hooked up to a monitor, it says "Link is not ready". If I then plug it into the Avalon6, it starts looping, showing 4-pixel square (looks like a rainbow) and lines of code. I do notice a line that repeats quite a bit that says "usb 1-1-port2: over-current change" as well as "EXT4-fs error".

Any ideas?

Thanks.
that adapter is wrong

You do need the AUC2 and the 4 pin cable that goes with it. Once you got that assuming you have the correct Pi image for A6 - Pi3 it should boot right up and start hashing.
