Well yup I read before that you need to be a full member to get this avatar and it will just apear at your Forun Profile Inform. Base on I experienced you need to actually post topics or replys that must be consist of 2 sentence to make it a good activity but if you make a topic make sure someone will reply so it could be added to your activity. Here dont post words or a minimum of one sentence thas what I have experienced here.

I think so you need it but it will not appear as long as you are still a ranking member.

Here I have made a topic about putting the avatar because I saw a campaign that the campaign maneger literally reply to the participant like like my rank and below that "you may download the avatar here (..link...)"

You cant add an avatar because the minimum of the avatar is a full member, you need to rank up for 120 days to be one.

indeed i found a several account wear an avatar but they didn't reach full member yet,
seems like it was an old account,
he wear an avatar when he created that account many years ago.
i don't know exactly what is the old rules,
but i am sure one of those rules allow us to set an avatar even though they did not reach rank member yet or more.
so if you're encountered something like that don't be surprise because it's an old account

for now you must reach FULL MEMBER account to wear an avatar,
to prevent bounty spammer i think,because you can find many bounty offering an avatar campaign
