You should probably go check with the folks doing FPGA work for mining.  They are using much more powrful FPGAs and even then its not easy to out do GPUs.  The compute heavy algos end up owned by Asics or overloaded with number of FPGAs vs emissions for a given coin.  The best of class FPGAs can do ETH but only at power savings vs GPUs and require considerable hardware and time investment.  Most want to be water cooled and not just forced air.  I doubt that board would do much of anything based on the size cooler on it.  If it uses that little it doesnt have a chance.  You want a powerful FPGA for look at JC35 or CVP-13.

¿has anyone considered or tried to hi-jack Avid HDX or older HD PCIe HW ?

similar to LukMiner that allows to mine in some Intel Phy PCIe cards..

or AAMiner for Android phones.
https://github.com/aa-miner/aaminer

but with:
older HD cards Fixed point,  56-Bit or 48-Bit Not sure.
New HDX floating point 64-Bit.

Dual FPGA + 18-DSP + 18 Memory ICs must mine something.
problem is that, must be hi-jacked = create a New Firmware, New Drivers, New miner Software...
or maybe its simpler, just create a mining AAX-DSP "audio" plugin?
Each DSP has enough RAM for Monero XMR 2MB per core requirements.?

AAX32-DSP works in ProTools HD10.3.10 with HD Driver 11,x or older.
AAX64-DSP works better in PTHD12.6 with HD 12,x driver or Newer.

P.D. problem with HDX is the Toy fan, that breaks very easy, and its a Custom mount, that can only be purchased from Avid.
its better to re design a New cooling sollution, than purchase the Toy fan.
