you can buy paypal accounts that come w/debit cards and VBA (virtual bank accounts) everywhere for cheap but they usually get cancelled pretty quick. just stop using paypal already

why don't you guy's use liqpay.com instead? tell people to make their own liqpay account and fund it with visa/mc (FREE)

tell them to send it to your account (FREE)

then trade with this guy to get it out (1-2% fee)
http://www.talkgold.com/forum/r322723-.html

Because sometimes liqpay will act like paypal and seize suspicious accounts make sure you trade with the technocashier guy first to get out your money before releasing bitcoins. He's on 24/7 and you can set up a deal with him to send money to his account and have it instantly withdraw to Paypal or something else. If for some reason your account is locked (they don't allow trading for other currencies) the buyer will get their money refunded back to card. Just get a another throwaway prepaid phone if that happens and make a new account.

Make sure you never directly try to bill customers with CC through liqpay, they have to fund their own account first. Liqpay doesn't allow chargebacks because they have a crazy fraud prevention system. Sometimes funding your own account over $200 can take up to 5 days to go through verification, then every charge after is instant. Sometimes the charge is instant.

LR exchangers do this everyday

1. make fake paypal account and verify it with fake info
2. buyers send payments to that account
3. use that account send money to your main account (for added legitimacy, buy it using ebay)

You need a bank account so it's hard to get a PayPal verified with fake info.

is there any way to make it so a chargeback isnt possible.  like transferring from one pp to another.  or making a new bank account then getting your money out right away?

PayPal has protections against these tactics.  As soon as you receive a more than a normal amount of activity, PayPal might impose a rolling reserve.  When they do so a certain percent (e.g., 5%) of what you receive gets held for a long period of time.

The delay after transferring funds to your bank is 3 days or more after you've made the transfer.  So usually if a chargeback occurs, it will happen before your bank has the funds.  And even if you did get to withdraw those funds, PayPal can initiate an ACH pull to claw back previously sent funds so kiss away the ability to use that bank account without PayPal getting theirs.

So, to summarize. no, there is no way to make PayPal more like Bitcoin  with regards to irrrevocable payments.
