Awareness is very much important because it brings to consciousness the knowledge of something already existing which bitcoin is not exempted. If the bitcoin awareness is strong and massive, the growth or increase in adoption would be very fast and spread round the globe. I believe there are still a million and one person's out there that are yet to hear and have knowledge about bitcoin and I would also say this, if emphasis should be placed in convincing the government of  nation's to accepting bitcoin, I believe it would be very much easier because their citizens will quickly take advantage of the opportunity as their government approval means a yes to bitcoin legality in their various countries. This alone would speak for itself and making the adoption rate scale up very fast as a result of its legality in the various countries as the case may be.

It's mind-boggling to think about the number of people being born every day. If more people had knowledge about Bitcoin, it could lead to increased adoption and market growth.

We all play a part in spreading the word about Bitcoin. Through proper channels and good publicity, we can make people aware of its benefits and the potential downsides. Imagine if we educated our loved ones and those we meet every day about Bitcoin - more interested investors would join the market competition, benefiting HODLers like us.

The adoption of Bitcoin is gradually taking place because a lot of advertisement and publicity as you said has been done over the years irrespective of the fact that a lot of countries are to adopt bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies but I can attest  that people are
Very much aware of Bitcoin. When promoting Bitcoin it is very important for you to inform them of the problems that will be sold in the society if Bitcoin is adopted instead of telling them what the start to gain because they can not gain nothing if they have no knowledge because Bitcoin investment is not like other investments where you invest $50 to gain $150 within a short time.
As more and more countries have been aware and start to adopt bitcoin, then it simply proves that more people have now become aware of it and that global adoption is taking its place gradually. Not to mention a lot of crypto influencers have been attacking bitcoin and hype their own shitcoins, so even in this way, people will become more aware of bitcoin existence. But my only hope is that they should also be aware more on its positive points and all its advantages and benefits rather than seeing it as being banned or restricted in one’s country.
Those influencers and their shitcoins are all temporary hypes, they might gain temporary value or financial gains by doing so but in the long run, everyone knows that Bitcoin will still prevail, and those who follow those influencers will regret their decisions. These influencers are the reason why everyone should do their own research before taking any financial decisions because not everyone will give you the right advice.

Newbies are most vulnerable to the pieces of advice of such influencers who are paid to promote certain tokens and have a bad mouth about the cryptocurrencies that are actually the reason why these shitcoins have come to existence in the first place.

People have become accustomed these days to crypto talks, Web3, ChatGPT and other great innovations as long as electronics, newspapers, social media and other individuals still exist.

More than enough awareness had been and is still being created.
I think where the force is strongest now is as concerns testimonials and proof of work/result upon successful investment or trade.
The more proof of work or success stories are shown mostly within P2P groups, and close acquaintances who have interest or seek alternatives to their income, catch a break and delve in, no doubt about the adoption spreading further.

Our don't know how many people are investing in btc, and our don't know the data of people who are interested in investing in btc in this world.

but it is true that only awareness makes people invest in btc, because without awareness of course no one will want to invest in btc.
but I'm sure that one day people will slowly accept btc and finally invest in btc.

the point is that people in this world are all aware
that adopting btc is something that will provide benefits for sure many will adopt it, but of course we have to enjoy this life because in this world there are always pros and cons.

I think everyone here has invested. in this case, Usually people will be interested in logging in if we have done so because there is proof of authentication, otherwise they will only get a negative response. Just see how the response from someone if he knows we like trading, questions that arise. How much profit did you earn today from trading? Well, here's a live example.

Yes. this is like teaching someone to learn to drive a car properly and correctly so that the passengers in it can be safe and comfortable while traveling. Likewise in terms of investment education about how to invest with BTC that is good and right with the hope that if you have a family everyone can benefit from what is there.

But the question is how big and reputable companies will accept bitcoin as a currency when they are also subject to government control. i think being able to help people have full knowledge of bitcoin requires government intervention, otherwise, it is very difficult. By far, the government is arguably the biggest barrier to bitcoin's popularity.
In my locality, most people in the area have heard of bitcoin, including the elders.  but they don't use and invest in bitcoin because of ignorance and fear of the government, so I think only with government support will we see the popularity of bitcoin.
Well, big companies might not be subject to government control but they can't just start doing things that are not legal in the jurisdiction where they are operating. So if there is a big company in China, even if it wants to start accepting Bitcoin, if cryptocurrencies are banned there, they simply can't go ahead with it until or unless the government lifts the ban.

Big companies are still subject to regulations, they may bribe corrupt officials but eventually, when righteous officials take over, they will be controlled under the law and regulation.  AS long as cryptocurrency is banned in china, no matter how much likings these big company is to establish Bitcoin start-up, they still need to follow the regulation and they might be forced to move out of Chinese regulation and start their Bitcoin startup in other country where Bitcoin is acceptable.

And governments don't really like the concept of cryptocurrencies, at least Bitcoin's, because it is decentralized and they can't have control over its network and be able to manipulate transactions, block them, delay them, seize funds, etc.

The one that government does not really like is anonymity and not decentralization.  As you see some governments are accepting Bitcoin because of its transparent transaction and not being fully anonymous.  This is another reason why the government is hesitant about privacy coins like Monero.

Statistically 385,000 persons are born into different families across the globe, that's to say 385,000 offsprings come into this world everyday, just imagine all of this individuals having knowledge of Bitcoin.

The question becomes after acquiring the knowledge about this powerful digital currency (Bitcoin) by this group of people how many of them will purchase or invest later in other to keep it  running to get attraction of more interested fellows.

Adoption of Bitcoin starts with you and me and this is done by good publicity through appropriate channels making people to know what they tend to benefit as the market bum as well as the negative impact during the down- trend.
That's some statistics although, its not always accurate but, having over 385,000 offspring is something that just might not happen. There would be issues of still birth, soke offsprings are not going to grow to adulthood and some would be disabled. All these are out on it.
There would be those that would be naturally uninterested as they would view it to be unreal and only a handful of others would see reasons to take up cryptocurrency investments.

These would take some time to come through as, you don't birth today and expect them to grow to adulthood in a day. Even at that, there would be other that just won't have the resources to invest. There are so many things to look out for but still, bitcoin can't really be a thing that most people would dive into.

In many countries today still do not accept bitcoin even some countries completely ban this currency. So it is understandable that many people do not know about bitcoin. But that does not affect the huge impact that bitcoin brings. There are still a lot of people in the world who are learning about this currency day by day and openly accepting and using it in transactions. This is good news, so we need to raise their education about bitcoin and spread its presence. Despite changing eyes and tough challenges, the continued growth and awareness of bitcoin will be positive signs for its future.

In 2017 when I was introduced to this forum and Bitcoin, awareness about bitcoin wasn't that much but after the ATH that we have then, bitcoin publicity was on a high note. Today not in all states but I know Bitcoin is a household name in my country, though they might not invest yet they have heard of it at a particular place and time.

If you go through the region having more and more number of cryptocurrency accepted stores and other service providers in exchange for bitcoin and cryptocurrency we can experience how high the people are aware of bitcoin and this is simply
But in reality, only some governments can fully accept Bitcoin at the moment.
Those that initially accepted Bitcoin are now starting to remove it from their list of payment options due to changing regulations.

In my country, Bitcoin can only be traded as an investment, it cannot be used as a means of payment in place of fiat.
This makes adoption unlikely to grow.

Awareness for Bitcoin adoption has started to grow, but regulations will oppose it because they don't have full control.
Even now, the implementation of the new crypto asset voter tax regulations is very strict.

Governments are the biggest barrier , they won't just let Bitcoin go without giving them an advantage.
There will be no escaping it. New regulations will always be made.
As long as Bitcoin is decentralized the government will not be able to fully regulate it.

Some local exchanges are also subject to government regulations, otherwise their business license will be revoked and they will be shut down.

In reality a lot of people are still not aware on how to invest in bitcoin, most probably they heard it but still they do not know how to use and invest with. It is hard to educate people about Bitcoin if they are not interested in crypto currencies. But if someone shows how interested they are you can share insights by educating them on the benefits of bitcoin. You can discuss how it can provide greater financial freedom, security and privacy compared to traditional forms of currency. Highlighting the increasing number of businesses that accepts bitcoin as a form of payment it can help raise awareness and encourage adoption. But of course it is up to the people if they want to know more about bitcoin. We cannot force them if they do not want to.
I believe that majority of people have already heard about bitcoin but only few have become interested to learn and increase their knowledge. So I can say that a lot are aware of it already, it’s just that they stick to believe that bitcoin is illegal and is never good to the government and to the people. That’s why most of them have turn their backs into bitcoin. However, it will still be changed if most of the big and reputable companies will start to adopt and accept bitcoin as a currency. Also, releasing ads and promotions about bitcoin online could still be helpful especially for those who have been eyeing for bitcoin as a potential investment.

More the awareness more will be the usage, because bitcoin and cryptocurrencies weren't the same as we use fiat. Cryptocurrency need to be used based on trust. So, initially there'll be hesitation and people should be trained enough to overcome it.

Bitcoin looks very unreal to non bitcoiners because of lack of publicity and awareness, just imagine educating your siblings, your children, parents and people you come across everyday about Bitcoin their would have been more interested investors than we have now, this would have enable Bitcoin to rise because of the market competition and HODL will benefit more in this kind of situation.

It's not as easy as you say, you can educate as many people as you want you want but Bitcoin adoption get more attention when the government becomes less hostile to the currency and give a go ahead to approve the use of the currency in their countries. We can't push for adoption of Bitcoin if the government makes it illegal in the country it becomes a crime when you make use of it.

If the problem was that, we're not getting enough adoption because people don't know about Bitcoin then educating then would had been the solution but now it's because the government aren't approving the adoption that's why we're getting less people making use of Bitcoin.

Adoption of Bitcoin starts with you and me and this is done by good publicity through appropriate channels making people to know what they tend to benefit as the market bum as well as the negative impact during the down- trend.

Indeed bitcoin awareness plays a vital role in its adoption. Even in awareness about bitcoin, we should know that there are two categories of people that I have seen. The first group are those who are curious about bitcoin. They may be professionals or business people and they want to know more about bitcoin and whether they should add it to their investment portfolio. The second category of people are the regular people who are willing and immediately ready to invest in bitcoin because they have seen how much their friends and colleagues speak about it.

The only motivating factor for people to invest is profit.  As long as they know they can get profit from the investment, they won't hesitate to put their money in that venture.  It is expected that if we keep on telling people about the opportunity and the possible profit they get from investing in Bitcoin, there will be surely new investors created every day.  If they don't see a profit on the topic we are sharing, they will never get interested to invest in Bitcoin.  Like when we shared Bitcoin and discuss the technicalities of it, I doubt there will be interest to invest.

So it all goes down to how well we are in informing people about the benefits and profits if they participate in Bitcoin.
I remember telling someone about bitcoin and the question the individual asked was, what would be his profit at the end of every month should they invest $1000 into bitcoin. They told me they have that money to spare but do not have the time to learn about it. That they would give me the $1000 to invest in bitcoin but what is the turn over at the end of each month. No other aspect of bitcoin interested them. I left them because even though they are interested in investing in bitcoin they, already started with the wrong mindset about it and where unwilling to change their minds. The don't even want to hear about HODLing for them money shouldn't be sitting idle.

I think what will make people mentally adopt bitcoin is the awareness, of wanting to invest in btc. while physically must have money and other tools such as mobile phones, computers and others.

so in my opinion the biggest factor people don't want to invest in btc is mostly due to weak economic factors, because if the economic factor is weak, of course people will only be concerned with living expenses such as buying rice, bread and so.
so I think the main factors that make people adopt btc are awareness and a lot of money.

for now it can still be said that very few people know about bitcoin because there is rarely news on television or newspapers that contains news about bitcoin
but even if someone knows about bitcoin but there are still many who reject it on the grounds that they are afraid of being deceived and so on.

so i agree with your point that awareness is what will make people adopt bitcoin
but I'm sure that one day many people will adopt bitcoin because what I know is that bitcoin enthusiasts are increasing.

Most of the world's population has no idea about Bitcoin. Among those who know Bitcoin, the number of those who invest and use it is small. These numbers will increase over time, but it may take a very long time to reach the desired level. These numbers may seem a lot to us because our environment is composed of people like us, but fewer people know and use bitcoin than we think. However, I see from my environment that there is a great increase compared to the past. In this way, it will continue to increase. We must attract those around us to the bitcoin world and inform them as much as we can. By doing so, bitcoin can touch all of humanity.

Educating people about BTC is difficult because the discussion usually ends up in their desire to get wealth from it
You can't really blame them for that since that's how the people who introduced them to bitcoin or what they've heard about it as a means of wealth generation are portraying it to them.

People will find it extremely challenging to shift their attitudes toward bitcoin. The only components of bitcoin that are genuinely discussed are how to invest, hodl and profit. When the money is not made as anticipated, people start spewing nonsense about how they put a large sum of money in bitcoin and are yet to have enough profits out of it.

However, given that people are interested in bitcoin for its potential to increase wealth, we shouldn't stop there. We should only impart to them what is necessary, such as the fact that bitcoin does not create riches. They should invest at their own risk

Awareness surely is the thing in the adoption of cryptocurrencies. And, in general, the more people get knowledge about crypto, the more business initiatives start working directly with crypto without BTC to $ transfers. This is the chance (weak but however existing) for people to have financial stability in case of dollar (or other fiat) inflation.

A significant portion of the global population remains unaware of Bitcoin, and there is currently no precise data available on the percentage of people who are familiar with it. While only a few countries recognize Bitcoin as legal tender, it becomes challenging to raise awareness in other countries where Bitcoin is not accepted due to various restrictions. Nonetheless, those of us who are familiar with Bitcoin can still promote awareness by sharing information with our family and close friends, even in situations where the government does not accept it.
Precisely because of that, there is still a prohibition or restriction in accessing Bitcoin in other countries, some of us prefer to hide the ownership of Bitcoin that we have, both from friends or closest people like family, to maintain the security of their assets.
I am a person who agrees when other people introduce Bitcoin to their families and their environment, but I personally better be quiet and hold my bitcoin safely. Bitcoin that I have seems to be a part of me and is one of the privacy of myself even though in my country Bitcoin has been legitimate in its trade.

Maybe I will invite others when I already have a decent advantage from Bitcoin, because to be honest when my life hasn't changed, those I introduce to Bitcoin and invite them to invest in bictoin, of course they laugh at me if my economic situation is still stagnant, then from I better keep quiet first and invite them after I get changes.

I can understand why a lot still has hesitations in introducing bitcoin even to their closed families.
They don't want to be judged according to what they have in this market aside from the privacy they want to keep.
It would take time for them to let others know what he's into because of some personal considerations.
In any case, we can't expect anyone who is into crypto to be open about his crypto dealings because of the stigma surrounding it.
The adoption usually comes from the social media, attracting the interests of newcomers. However, there are many misconceptions they can formulate within them.
Only the actual experience can teach them how it is being in this market, and the see the reality about this technology.

Whenever I see this subject, it bothers me because we take Bitcoin as food, not everybody has eaten 3 Square Meal for them to be taught about Bitcoin, majorly I take Bitcoin as an investment on a long-term basis anybody who doesn't have this same view can't even introduce you to it. If I am too hard to motivate others to invite investing and connect it with profits, it will only make us considered fraudsters because Bitcoin runs stagnant in this phase.

I wouldn't disagree with the fact that everything in the world has pros and cons and Bitcoin is no exception.
If you disagree, can you tell me which product has no disadvantages and is absolutely perfect?

Do you think I will be very happy if Bitcoin stays like that? Absolutely no! I too want Bitcoin to back to normal sooner than later. But with all these nonsense ordinals are making the network unusable.
No one is happy when fees are rising, and congestion is happening on the bitcoin network. But it happened, and we need to accept the problem and find the solution to the problem, not complain.

So at this point, Bitcoin seems like an investment more than a currency system.
I suspect even if bitcoin has cheaper transaction fees like when we use LN, I don't believe it will ever become a monetary system. The problem is not with bitcoin, but with us, because we want it as an investment to make a profit, no one wants to use it as currency.

Bitcoin network honestly needs an overhaul. not via the sidechain but in the main chain. Probably block size increase is one of the long term solutions devs can bring in. But it's ongoing since a long time and nothing has happened till date.
I also heard about it years ago, but it hasn't happened yet as the bitcoin network has been considered stable for many years. But through this incident, I think the problem is more present, it is more likely that the developers will accelerate the block expansion to fix the problem completely.

This has a good point. People invest not only because they are highly knowledgeable about it, but because bitcoin investment yields huge profits particularly for those who knows well when to enter and exit in the market. So awareness is not enough, but it’s an essential key so that people will gain interest and be convinced to invest in bitcoin. And as long as profits are always attached to bitcoin, people will develop more eagerness to educate themselves so they can come up profitable through investing in bitcoin.

Statistically 385,000 persons are born into different families across the globe, that's to say 385,000 offsprings come into this world everyday,

How do you come to know that figure from bedroom without making research? I am a little bit confused of a mortal being knowing that number with a link is... All what I mean is where did you get that number of persons giving birth everyday. For the bitcoin awareness, I can't not say no country in the world is ignorant of bitcoin just that they the people in various countries that even aware of the currency refused to use it because they have different believe on the coin.
That is almost everyone is aware of the coin but not everyone is interested to use it because different orientation have been given to them.

This issue of thinking that adoption depends on certain factors such as the "hi, bitcoin,"  its learning, governments or the classic teaching bitcoin with your friends... etc.

Adoption is really something that vibre, it is there, with its deficiencies but have "flow" in how it is happening. Hence things like "they do not want to be knowing bitcoin" or "learn bitcoin" are brief speeches or thoughts inherited from of the recent past of bitcoin.

Today. There is nothing, absolutely nothing preventing you from learning about bitcoin and then accessing it;buying selling it, or just holding it, no rocket science with that.

So, why think that adoption is never good or bad, that is relative from the point of view from which you look at it, bitcoin only needs trust. Then, as long as there are two guys who want to exchange bitcoin, adoption It will be present, it is something cyclical. The point is that a quantitative adoption item does not necessarily determine the success or failure of bitcoin.

Bitcoin's awareness is rapidly expanding as the world leans towards technology. It has the potential to revolutionize transactions and gain widespread adoption. As a digital asset, Bitcoin offers individuals the opportunity to make secure online payments and purchase goods. In an increasingly digital world, Bitcoin emerges as a unique and compelling option for financial transactions and online commerce.

Even now we were able to see a very small percentage of people aware about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. People have known about it, but they're not getting used to it. Even in the country (El Salvador) where bitcoin is considered legal tender people aren't much aware of it. After years the government have begun different awareness programs to make people use bitcoin on their needs.

For now the acceptance of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies can be seen accumulated in specific region. This will change through the awareness, however the role of government is always a big thing. If governments were supportive bitcoin could've got a big usage. We can't expect government stand for bitcoin as they're fearful about its decentralised usage.

Awareness alone, of the existence of this technology won't be enough to trigger mass adoption. For ure you know people who are aware of what Bitcoin is, but are choosing not to engage into it. One reason is probably regulation. They don't trust this technology enough and also, usage and accessibility. Only a few companies are accepting cryptocurrencies as a mode of payment and it happened that not all prople are into investments which leaves them a choice to not be too interested in this industry. The risk involved regarding market price volatility is also another thing that they consider. It would take initiative in order for mass adoption to totally happen.

Exactly, a simple act will help Bitcoin to grow and become known to most people in the world. For example, accepting Bitcoin businesses, small or big businesses will be helpful.
Government support also will be helpful because there are some countries that don't support Bitcoin for their people.
Convenient platforms, where people will not find difficulty using these platforms that interact with Bitcoin, could be a personal wallet, centralized or decentralized exchange, because expect that these people will use it on their daily lives.

Until bitcoin not globally adopted as a legal currency or even investment, majority of the people in the world will stay unaware and uneducated about bitcoin and crypto market. However, with the few bitcoiners all over the world, although it’s hard to make a successful promotion for bitcoin, but if we do it altogether, we can still make a big difference and at some point, we can change the negative mindset of the people towards bitcoin. With patience and persistency on our goal for bitcoin promotion, I guess it will still be possible to expect positive changes in the long run.

I don't think the term "Bitcoin" is new to the world anymore. I think many people have heard of it, but they weren't particularly interested, which is why they chose not to learn more about it. I also think that people are talking about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency on social media, so I think anyone who uses the internet should be aware of it.

Given that not all nations permit the use of Bitcoin, it will be challenging to raise awareness in those nations where the government has prohibited it uses. As for me, I've tried to spread awareness of Bitcoin among my closest people, but not all of them seem to develop interest. Nevertheless, I have faith that more people will join the cryptocurrency industry over time. Bitcoin has only been around for a few years now, and at the rate at which people are adopting it despite  government restrictions, I can say that things are progressing. People will adopt Bitcoin gradually; we don't need to push them to do so.

The question becomes after acquiring the knowledge about this powerful digital currency (Bitcoin) by this group of people how many of them will purchase or invest later in other to keep it  running to get attraction of more interested fellows.

Having knowledge will be great but may bring disaster for the Bitcoin network. If you are seeing the current situation with crazy high fees just because of some BRC-20 token, then you can imagine what the Bitcoin network would face if we add 385,000 people to the Bitcoin network every single day!

Bitcoin network can't handle such high traffic. LN can help but to a certain extent and also it is a sidechain. Unless the Bitcoin network goes through an overhaul to be capable of handling such exorbitant traffic, it will be great if they stop at acquiring knowledge only.

You cannot claim absolute perfect bitcoin, everything has its pros and cons, and bitcoin is no exception. The sudden fee increase of the past few days is a matter of concern to everyone, but I believe it will return to normal soon, and the developers will find a solution to fix that problem in the future so that the bitcoin network becomes better. Moreover, if we compare the pros and cons, it is clear that the benefits of bitcoin give us more than its disadvantages. We do not need to worry too much just because we look at a few disadvantages that forget the outstanding benefits it brings us.

I wouldn't disagree with the fact that everything in the world has pros and cons and Bitcoin is no exception. Do you think I will be very happy if Bitcoin stays like that? Absolutely no! I too want Bitcoin to back to normal sooner than later. But with all these nonsense ordinals are making the network unusable. So at this point, Bitcoin seems like an investment more than a currency system.

Bitcoin network honestly needs an overhaul. not via the sidechain but in the main chain. Probably block size increase is one of the long term solutions devs can bring in. But it's ongoing since a long time and nothing has happened till date.

Your view is correct to some extent. For us to enjoy some of the benefits of bitcoin such as P2p trading that promotes privacy we need to promote bitcoin. I am also elated that you included that as we do our publicity both the positive and negative consequences of hodling bitcoin should be unveiled to our listeners or target. But Bitcoin is not for everybody, so you might not receive the attention you might expect from them. And due to the economic challenges and the get-rich-quick syndrome that is popular now, people prefer to invest in projects that promise instant returns. But this will not stop us from telling people about what we are benefitting from.

I want to tell everybody I know about bitcoin but some factors are restricting me. One of them is security concerns. People might feel that you have become rich if tell them that you hodl Bitcoin. Some people will blame you if they incur losses. You can only enlighten them but let them decide to invest or abstain.

The price is not encouraging, and many people still seem uninterested, but they may not be aware that this is the best time to buy. You'll notice that once the price starts increasing, that's when you start seeing a lot of people interested in investing in bitcoin. The government made a great decision by investing in bitcoin when the bull run began, which should strengthen the country's economy even though El Salvador made cryptocurrency legal tender. Not everyone will still utilize it, however.  Since a few years ago, increased public knowledge has increased interest in bitcoin relative to earlier years. Nowadays, you can hear bitcoin almost everywhere and everyday.

Bitcoin looks very unreal to non bitcoiners because of lack of publicity and awareness

It all depends on the part of the world you come from. When you talk about awareness, Bitcoin is among the new technologies that have gotten the most awareness.
During every bull run, you will see how Bitcoin will trend in every social media, especially twitter. In fact, everyone that uses internet should in one way or the other hear about Bitcoin.

So people who do not have access to internet, are the people that aren't that informed about Bitcoin. However, if they do not have access to internet, they did not also deserve the information of Bitcoin because they cannot operate Bitcoin being offline. At least they should have internet accessibility before they talk about investing in Bitcoin.

Over the past years, there's an obvious growth in Bitcoin adoption and awareness. The use of the internet helps a lot in spreading awareness about Bitcoin easier to a lot of people. But of course, the majority of the population still probably don't know anything about Bitcoin. Others may have heard of Bitcoin but they are not interested to engage with it maybe because they don't know anyone who can teach them closely about Bitcoin. But I think there's no need to worry about the increasing world population and the number of people who are familiar with Bitcoin. It's already good to know that Bitcoin adoption is increasing every year.

But those 385k just happens to have different preference when they grow up. Some might appreciate the Gen Z setup and some would be brainwashed or get used to the oldies setup like the traditional adding up to the fact that surely there would be those that would come from 3rd world country and even living in the rural areas where accessibility to technology is quite......bare.

It's fine if people wouldn't happen to learn Bitcoin in the first place. It's not like we're really desperate to invite people in here.

If they seek for freedom with their money, surely they'll find Bitcoin in no time.

I don't think relying on newborns when thinking of Bitcoin adoption is very helpful because, well, they're newborns (so it'll take 18 years till they're allowed to invest), and because of child mortality.
Of course, knowing about Bitcoin is necessary for investing in Bitcoin, but it's also insufficient. Education is important, and telling people here and there about Bitcoin is useful, but only if they want to hear about it and if it feels safe to tell them about it. Introducing Bitcoin into school education (as some are doing) is a great way to reach the children and make them aware of Bitcoin. Bitcoin being mentioned in movies and TV shows is also helpful to at least spark initial interest.

Surely the topic is assuming that they'll be now over the legal age although that kinda grabs my attention if there's like ELI5 of Bitcoin or crypto. Cheesy

Bitcoin have so far grown so fast since its early creation and there have serious misconception about it created in the minds of the public by the government but we are once to help clear this misconception and aid more people to properly understand this bitcoin technology.

That why it's pointless to teach and remind them if investing in Bitcoin has a risk of downturn, you can't control them and they will use their ego when it's all about money. It's not about we're suggest or force them to invest in Bitcoin, they don't care about it.

Not all those people will own Bitcoins because many of them still don't know about them or don't want to know about them. They are still comfortable with their current condition so they don't want to know more about Bitcoin.

Indeed, Bitcoin adoption is still going on, but that doesn't mean it will reach all the people out there because investing in Bitcoin is a choice for them and they can choose it or not. And even if they know Bitcoin, that also doesn't mean they will invest in it immediately.

And when Bitcoin is more popular than now, they still don't decide to invest in Bitcoin because they feel Bitcoin is not for them. After all, they'll say they don't have enough money to start investing in Bitcoin so they won't start.

That's what I always mean, instead of us thinking about unrealistic planning for global bitcoin adoption. Instead, we just need to do simple and light things like providing knowledge about bitcoin to our loved ones, and our family. And if everyone did this, it would exponentially impact beyond our imagination. Don't try to do things that are beyond our power but focus on what we can do every day and without too much effort. By doing so, we have also contributed to the growth of bitcoin.

A simple transaction with bitcoin as payment to our needs is simple enough that it promotes growth and help in establishing bitcoin economy.  We don't need to go through a long and winding explanation about Bitcoin and its usage and in the end no one understand what we are ranting.  It is better to show  them through actions and involvement in the bitcoin economics.  Theoretical followed with practical application is always the best way to show people about things we wanted them to understand.

People's awareness of the existence of bitcoin assets is currently still very low. I can still understand this, because it took a long time for bitcoin to be accepted by everyone and all groups. Currently, there are still many people who are afraid to try bitcoin. Because there seems to be too much fear on their minds. Especially where I live now, people are still unfamiliar with digital investment, especially bitcoin. Even other digital investments, such as digital gold, in my area not many people know about it. If I pay attention, all of that can happen, due to a lack of knowledge about digital-based aspects. Therefore bitcoin still sounds very foreign to many people, and that also includes people in the area where I live.

And teaching family or relatives about bitcoin, in my opinion, is also not an easy thing. Because if they don't know about the world of digital business before, they tend to ask long questions, and it takes quite a long time to make them understand. But that doesn't mean everyone acts like that. Surely there are also many people who have immediately opened their minds, when given information about bitcoin. So basically you are right, that awareness plays an important role in progress in the field of bitcoin investment or bitcoin adoption. Even if someone already understands and understands, if there is no sense of awareness about bitcoin, they definitely won't want to invest in bitcoin.

The question becomes after acquiring the knowledge about this powerful digital currency (Bitcoin) by this group of people how many of them will purchase or invest later in other to keep it  running to get attraction of more interested fellows.

You can't have two things at a time, the first step is to get everyone of them introduced to bitcoin, this is the basic factor required because not every member of the family will have a take on it, but they were all aware of bitcoin as a digital decentralized currency, with time, some may begin to show or develop interest base on the level of their exposure in life, while you can still get an immediately positive response after you've introduced them to bitcoin but maybe from just ones.

Adoption of Bitcoin starts with you and me and this is done by good publicity through appropriate channels making people to know what they tend to benefit as the market bum as well as the negative impact during the down- trend.

We all have our own individuals and personal roles to play in this, seing bitcoin adopted is globally accepted and the network being sutained for a sustainable lifetime experience, but this is not about letting them feels that bitcoin will run down the line in bearish periods.

You are describing ideal conditions. In reality, not all people in the world have not only access to the Internet, but even permanent electricity. Bitcoin can't be used without both (we will not consider exotic solutions due to the non-mass application). So, even with all the desire, not all people on Earth will be able to learn about the existence of bitcoin, and even more so, use it. Of course, you can talk about bitcoin orally, but what will be the use of this? I guess none. Not everyone will be able to buy bitcoin either, because a lot of people are below the poverty line and purely physically will not be able to do this. Unless, of course, these are 385,000 children a day, not only in rich families, but at least in families with prosperity, above poverty.

So it turns out that awareness alone will not be enough. People must have opportunities: technical and financial.

It is generally acceptable for one to think of getting wealth from Bitcoin because everyone most satisfy their needs.  And you can't get involved with something that will decrease your little wealth rather you go for increase in income (economically speaking).
Mind you if Bitcoin doesn't have profit or is not giving me and you increase in income we wouldn't have been here.
I support the believe that people should use their BTC's the way they want to, but this should only happen after they have understood what BTC is, it is risky for someone to start their BTC journey with the thought of getting wealthy through it, they'll not be interested in the more important things like their privacy and operational security. If your interest in BTC is because it is a censorship resistant currency, you will desire to learn so many very important things about the network, including how to invest and get returns on your investment.

I suppose you have raised an unseen force that people are not fully aware of. Of this 385,000 born daily, it could be argued that at least 1% of their parents would be knowledgeable in Bitcoin, and would teach them about Bitcoin and its power between their birth and when they are of age. At the same rate, that is 1,405,250 new accumulators expected in 20 years, per year. I have no doubt that this rate would improve significantly over the next years too, as the next cycle begins Cheesy

With collective efforts we can really achieve a lot promoting bitcoins. In our own little ways, you must not talk to a large number of persons for it to be a credible effort that you have made, talking to someone as close to you as a family member or friend can help in making bitcoin more popular. Telling one person who gets convinced is more recognised than talking to many people at once thinking you are reaching many without being able to convince anyone if them. If we all talk to one person, and those people talk to other people, there will be more awareness on bitcoin, it starts with us.

There’s no lack of publicity but too much misinformation. You get so many articles talking shit about Bitcoin and spreading negativity and Bitcoin doesn’t deserve it. But it changes a lot of people’s minds because if you’ve never researched Bitcoin what else will you use to form an opinion about it other than FUD articles..

I think today over half of the world’s population knows about Bitcoin. By knows I mean they’ve heard of it. What needs to happen next is either Bitcoin to survive strongly during a fiat crash or news agencies to start finally spreading some positivity so people will have more will to look into BTC..

Educating people about BTC is difficult because the discussion usually ends up in their desire to get wealth from it
Sociologically the society tenders to get involved in what they see not what they believe in, putting myself in the shoes of some who haven't heard of Bitcoin or have heard of it via the trends of how people got rich with Bitcoin the first thing that comes in to my mind is "I will also be rich like those who invested in it earlier or those who i hear about."
The daily struggle of our life is to put food on our tables, so people generally thinking of getting wealth from Bitcoin because they most survive. In order to survive one most eat, get shelters etc and this essential needs for survival don't come without income before you invest in something you most have an extra profit that will come from it.

I am not sure how peeps are lacking knowledge about Bitcoin, or not knowing Bitcoin at all if Bitcoin has already been in the news, financial budget meetings of nations, and powerful nations like the USA always making headlines about it. Have you seen the news articles circulating around the Google tabs, phone tabs, and notification bars? Man, there would be at least a single piece of news floating around us throughout the day. I am not saying that everyone is aware of bitcoins core idea but what I am saying here is simple, they at least heard about it for sure.

Everyone is a talker, and mouth-to-mouth publicity of Bitcoin is surely there. What to say about the biggest event that happened on the SNL, Twitter's new founder talking about bitcoin, G20 meet ups talking about the bitcoin, US congress talking about it, SEC/CBDC, and other regulatory bodies. I mean come on it has been everywhere by now and definitely a person knows about te bitcoin or at least the Name of it.

We can't and we really don't know the numbers, to be honest, it's a bad analogy. Others say that the numbers of bitcoin wallets doesn't mean that those equate numbers of individuals who are into BTC.

Adoption of Bitcoin starts with you and me and this is done by good publicity through appropriate channels making people to know what they tend to benefit as the market bum as well as the negative impact during the down- trend.

It's really hard to do that if your government is anti-Bitcoin in the beginning. For those who are living in a country wherein it was open, one negative thing though that I heard is that it is being used to scam people.

Bitcoin has been growing in the last couple of years, we've hit all time high in 2017 and 2021. And with that in then next bull run, we might see a new all time high with or without promoting it to the masses.

OP, you should also know that Bitcoin is being declared illegal in some countries, and that's why a lot of people in those countries will not get to know much about Bitcoin unless some citizens of those countries will grow to an extent where they are personally prompted to do research themselves and discover Bitcoin. Also, in these current days, the rate of Bitcoin investors is increasing every year, which means that the publicity of Bitcoin is even better nowadays compared to five or eight years ago. Again, bitcoin knowledge is not just what people can learn in a hurry; otherwise, there will be some mistakes by people misplacing their seed phrase or even losing their bitcoin to hackers and scammers. Currently, there are a lot more people introducing Bitcoin education to their children, and some Bitcoiners are also going to schools to educate students about Bitcoin. Some universities are also accepting Bitcoin payments, which is helping Bitcoin publication and adoption compare to how slow it was before. Lastly, some business are also adopting Bitcoin payment.

This statistics also might include those who are not familiar with the use of internet it self and this will certainly make it hard to get this people to bitcoin. Bitcoin involves money and it is certainly the hardest thing to try and convince people on. The stereotype about everything investment been done online are likely Ponzi schemes will be hard to eliminate from some people most people in rural areas, couple with the fact that bitcoin is a volatile asset.

While only a few countries recognize Bitcoin as legal tender, it becomes challenging to raise awareness in other countries where Bitcoin is not accepted due to various restrictions.

This is another big obstacle to bitcoin awareness. There are people that only trust what is under the regulations of the government only, so inviting people to something that government has portrayed bad is definitely going to be hard. Furthermore it is also risky to create public awareness to bitcoin in countries in which it is restricted or banned.

I would just say, talk to close relative about it and do not force any one into it and allow things unfold

I feel that so many have 'heard' about BTC, the number of people that have 'heard' about BTC is far more than the people using it, and that is because you can't force the interest on people, some do not know what it is useful for, but they know that it is risky, while naive people think it is a scam.

Educating people about BTC is difficult because the discussion usually ends up in their desire to get wealth from it, and because many people correctly want to avoid giving people investment advice about BTC, they do not try to talk about it. Needless to say that if you find someone interested in BTC because it is a censorship resistant and permissionless currency, you should educate them about it, and if they have understood that aspect well, they can then learn how BTC is an asset or investment.
