First of all what are you trying to mine that you cannot do without awesome miner?
There are better alternatives for almost any coin and most of them can be configured, so you can specify at least the number of threads.

I'm Trying to run Awesome Miner on a
1. intel i7-7700k
2. 16Gb Memory
3. EVGA 1070 8Gb Card
4. Window's 10 Pro
And the Program Start's up and runs Great The Command Window Open's and Run's. And
it Start's to Mine. And Mine's Ok. But if you try to Stop Awesome Miner or Change any of
The Settings it will not let you pick any of the Button's on the Screen. The Program Stop's
Working. But the Command Window is still Running and Mining.
Can You Set Awesome Mining to Not use all the Memory (100%) of the Card's Power down
to Say (90%) So that I Can Access the Program on the Screen.
Now I also have a Asus GTX 1060 in another Computer running through Remote Desktop with
No Screen Plug into it. And it run's with no trouble at all.
It's running on a Old Xeon 5505 Cpu.
