Why not attach a bank account if, it's a real account? Alternatively, i will suggest you get in contact with Chuck through this page. I believe he can be of help.

It's verified with a bank and has a prepaid debit on there and it's 6 months old it's not brand new - all limits are lifted

So you think just the VCC is all I need?

Any specifics on how to get the money out? I mean I have an account with a paypal mastercard but it's less than 60 days old so I have that like 1-21 day wait bullshit thing going on can I avoid that?
Should I do it all at once? I just want to do it right so they don't close my credit line
