Do you lose all internet access, or just lose connection to pool?

have you tried checking the LAN cable or Wifi adapter or Pool encountered a problem or tried to check the software miner configuration.

I've encountered a similar problem before, if you're using an USB Wi-Fi adapter to connect that rig to Internet - try to switch it to wired connection or use an USB extension cable.

hope it helps Smiley

hard to guess, however reading from your post and using and XMRrig miner

you're trying to mine a Cryptonight Algo coin, Most of these algo's were already Forked and used other Algo's already so better check it out

what might be the implications if you mine a wrong algo on a wrong miner? you will got incorrect/rejected share/your IP will get banned/ you will no longer connect to the pool.

It might be that you concluded an internet connection issue coz you're not connected to pool

I'm not quite sure of course, but the source of your problem might be the wrong version of xmrig?
I mean once it receives the job from pool and sends incorrect shares, pool banns the rig and hence you do not have the internet...

Hello there! I'm having some problems with my one of my rigs. They're all B250 Mining Expert + 11x RX570 + i7 6770, some work fine but one of them is having a strange connection problem. It boots up normally and I can use it as a normal computer until I open XMRig-AMD. It detects all of the GPUs as it should, but loses connection to the internet as soon as it gets a job.
Does anybody have any idea of what may be causing this?

Thanks

Would you be able to post a copy/paste or screenshot of the errors you encountered? You have a strange problem that may somehow point to your XMRig-AMD application as the cause of errors.

I would try first to use other tried-and-tested miners like Claymore's dual ETH miner, and if it doesn't fail there I would recommend deleting your XMRig-AMD miner as it might be infected with viruses or malware. Let us know. Good luck.
