If i am not wrong, this guy has a neg trust on his profile while ago and there are some acusations against him, and i didn't know his trust showed neutral now.

Can you post other proofs ? Like the screen of the pm conversation , skype , etc.. . The next time I suggest you to use an escrow , there are a lot of their here in the forum ( and almost are offering a free escrow service, like devthedev - monbux - me - maidak etc... ).
