The deposit is not included. Those numbers are purely cumulative winnings.

why is the deposit included in those amounts? it doesnt make sense to me because one could easily deposit for example one bitcoin and then he would be first even without one bet. or what did I miss here?

Just highlight the correct part, there is no need to wait for anyone.

Suppose you play 100 thousand times at 100 satoshi, even with the ridiculous assumption that you won all them by betting with the player, you would've won 0.1 BTC after that. Now someone comes and bets 0.2 BTC only once and wins, he is now higher ranked than you. That is what highest cumulative winnings mean, the ratio is irrelevant (although in this dummy example both won 100% of time), the win count is irrelevant, all that matter is that you make large deposits there.

And won... I'm at +0.00000095
If i play another
Banker 0.00000100
And loss
I'm now at -0.00000005

The win ratio is irrelevant here, after re-reading it the only thing that matter is placing large bets and winning them. I wonder why people are after the free amount, guess they also didn't notice this main point.
