2.2.1 over-treatment
At present, excessive medical treatment leads to distrust among doctors and patients, which accounts for 80% of the tension between doctors and patients. Excessive surgical supplies and excessive medication cause high treatment cost. Part of this is due to the patient's incorrect expectation of the treatment cost, which leads to high self-feeling cost. This is mainly because the patient do not understand the operation or treatment procedures and specifications; it is also true that there is an excessive use of consumables or drugs during treatment or operation. At this time, both the hospital and the patient actually hope to keep the data intact, and realize it as a authentication at any time. At present, hospital will keep the complete data of the treatment process, while the patient can only get some incoherent information such as the inspection report and the diagnosis of the disease, and patient is very distrustful of  hospital information
 2.2.2 Medical disputes
Most medical processes are inevitably accompanied by certain uncertainties. All of the information signed by the saved patients and their families requires not only completeness and authenticity, but also trustworthiness in terms of preservation and presentation, and very high requirements for unfalsifiable trustworthiness. Once the complete information of family notifications and signature documents plus the records of the treatment process are updatd in time, this will make medical institutions enable gain more initiative in dealing with medical accidents.
 2.2.3 Privacy of medical records
Blockchain is by far the most trusted technology. Patients' own private key is kept by themselves, and it is difficult for anyone else to access. Anonymity and decentralization can ensure that patient's condition is not viewable by the cloud technology, nor any other person or organization can view or modify a patient's record without the patient’s key, which guarantee the absolute right of patient's medical record privacy.
2.2.4 The economic value of individual medical data
Patients’ single or multiple personal medical records are added and the data were stored separately. The separate storage involves the personal identification data, the patient's condition and diagnosis as well as the treatment process, which enable  to provide personal medical data to organizations in need and receive a certain amount of rewards under anonymous conditions. The patient's personal medical records is of great economic value and has a great appeal to the pharmaceutical factories, research institutions, equipment manufacturers and other social organizations. These organizations also hope to obtain personal medical data that is credible, authorized, legal and exclusive. These organizations do not have any need for personal identification information of patients. They only need complete, clear and reliable medical data. Patients can sell medical data to obtain rewards, without revealing personal information, which is of great help to society.
2.2.5 Promotes transparency in medical processes
The transparency of the medical process will be the future that all medical institutions must face. The rapid development and penetration of the Internet and even the transformation and forcing of traditional industries will reappear in the medical field. Medical institutions will take the initiative in the near future to transparently diagnose and treat patients in order to achieve better competitiveness.
