You can make a backup via file menu > save copy. On your new system you can open the backup via file > open.
You can copy the wallet file (wallet_default/wallet_1/*name of your wallet)to restore your wallet to the new PC, but the settings wont be restored.
Usually it's in "C:\Users\*PC_Username\AppData\Roaming\Electrum\wallets" for Windows desktop version if you didn't change the location.
Make sure that you know the seed and kept a written copy in case of data accidents.

I´m using Electrum but I need to Backup my account and configuration because I got a new computer. So, I didn´t find any option make this Backup.
Can someone help me with it?
