First of all get some space between the cards and second, undervolt em!

Seriously, stop mining until you do both things because you're frying your cards.

Hello,

I have a Sapphire Dual-X 280x which gives a hashrate of about 680-750 kh/s which is at a temp of 81 degrees, then it becomes 92 degrees after my 7950 starts mining as my 7950 goes to 100 degrees, and that 92 degrees leads my hashrate of 280x to go to about 580 kh/s and then 530 kh/s to lower the temperature back to 81 degrees

My 7950 has a hashrate of above 535 kh/s and GPU temp goes to 100 degrees and VRM goes to 115 degrees.

Here are my cgminer settings and screenshots

280x settings:
cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://mp.ultimatecoinpool.com:6000 -u Manav1112.miningpc11 -p lol1 -d 0  -g 2 -I 13 -w 256 --auto-fan --thread-concurrency 8192 --gpu-memclock 1500 --gpu-engine 1060 --temp-cutoff 95
7950 settings
cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://mp.ultimatecoinpool.com:6000 -u Manav1112.miningpc12 -p lol1 -d 1 -I 18 --thread-concurrency 24000 --lookup-gap 2 --temp-cutoff 102

Temperature of 7950 VRM:
