If you can do it with dollars, you can do it with BTC. Including scams, money laundering, tax evasion. But just as with dollars, you may go to jail for that.
In the future there will be more bitcoin regulation. I'm as sure of that as I am of bitcoins success.

You buy something from me, you pay with bitcoin, I give you merchandise. There is no middleman (government) . Therefore there's no additional taxation.

I got in on the prospect of mining, thinking bitcoin is a tax-free super currency which can be used to simplify trading around the globe.
I must say - it does not look good enough to be presented for local businesses. If you visit marketplace branch for example, feeling of complete distrust is overwhelming. I'd rather see topics full of drug/child porn/guns offers, than these ponzi scheme, exchange, scammer lists, gambling and so on...
