Am I the only one that is imagining kralle as an angsty teenager who thinks he's cool and edgy?

He's probably a kid who gets his kicks from scamming any amount he can. $5-10 is probably a decent amount of pocket money where he's from. He also probably doesn't really know what he's doing so it'll probably come back to bite him eventually like it did with those Indian scammers pobre and Hensi etc. He's banned now anyway but I'm sure he'll be back. What I dont get from this post or thread is why would someone ruin their rep for $5.

And is there a way to remove their other user who gave the trust to them? whats amazing is people still sell accounts with neg rep as well.

probably it is because they don't have that reputation to be wasted. those scammers is mostly newbies and Jr Members which is obviously throw away accounts

You said you were in front of a computer before and if you can post on here then you can very likely return the money. And maybe you've now realised that you can get more from signatures or hoped that op wouldn't complain but I still think you just planned to chargeback from the getgo.
This is why campaigns should not accept people who have negative trust or other reports of scams when they have clearly scammed.

Which campaigns do?
A good number of the lower paying ones do. These are generally the ones most associated with spam. They often pay an even lower rate for negative trust.

Even luckybit.it accepts negative trust in certain cases.

Is there no Provision on this Forum to Ban a user who openly admits to Scam people and Abuse people in-front of all users over here , in this case the user kralle openly fails to abide forum rules and he still can abuse people and post and eventually earn from some signature campaigns
You are one ugly motherfucker
.

I don't think there's many if any signature campaigns that would allow such a user but if there was I'm sure we could persuade them to kick certain scammers off or risk a public backlash. No campaign should be allowing such scammers on to their campaign as it looks bad for them first and foremost but scammers should forfeit the right to earn any further money from their account.

If worst case scenario, your odds are in your favor of winning the dispute.

Just explain not mentioning bitcoin, but a bitcoin miner "computer hardware" was promised and was never recieved if this guy wants to scam you out. Call in and usually a agent will handle all fraud cases to actually hear you out.

Its a shame though hes trying to get $5 in bitcoin through pm`s though lol.

Like seriously $5 dollars though.. you could of gotten work for $5 for doing posts..

We are always learning.

This guy "sold" me a seedbox service for 2.38$ paid by paypal. After payment he told me to wait 24 hours because he is having problems with is servers. I asked for a refund and we finally sent me a seedbox that worked for a few hours.

After the seedbox stopped working, i asked him what's going on and he told me to "give him a blowjob". What a child =/

THE GOOD PART COMES NOW:

I opened a paypal dispute claiming that this guy is a scammer and he responded with this thread link claiming that he was the member "everaja" and i'm the f*ucking scammer "kralle". He described on the comment that i'm (supposedly "kralle") confirmed already on the thread that i opened a payment dispute with no reason. He claims that other member are support him as well.

TL;DR: He is trying to make like he didn't exist, it's like was me "VSCGMR" against "everaja".

I have to take my hat for this guy. It is really a good method to encover himself.

In the end i just didn't understand why someone gives to such work just to win $5.

find the "Report To Admin" link on that PM and use that. that's way faster than posting a screenshot on this topic, which they might not even know about.

all messages are deleted iso i cant find report to moderator click !

moderators can recover pm's i believe, maybe pming one of them might help with that, but this thread is pretty cringey to read. honestly what you need is some common sense.
If a PM is deleted by both the sender and everyone who received it the day it was sent then the PM will not be backed up and will be unrecoverable. If a PM has been not deleted for at least a day then they will be available on the forum backups.

Don't give away your $10 to a scammer next time. There's really nothing that can be done to get it back so accept the lesson and move on.
Yeah Will never trade under SR.member , actually i needed some money in my Bank Account , i wonder is there any way to convert bitcoins to Bank Money , i mean how you guys do it?

This is ridiculous, you lost like $10 and are freaking out. Pay the loss and move on, it's well worth the lesson that you shouldn't be using paypal to trade crypto.

People shouldn't just let things like these pass without creating a fuss about it. It doesn't matter that it was only ~10$, because if he was silent about it, then it would
be another victim soon for another 10 or 30 $, who knows, maybe even more.

Look just from this example from the guy above, he was also scammed by the same guy, but he did nothing about it, which created space for op to being scammed.
The same way it is needed for people to use caution when trading, it is also needed to report each and every incident or scam that happened, regardless of the amount scammed.

cheers
Of course, I was referring to how he is freaking out. He says god will kill the scammer, and is crying out in a dramatic way to admins. It's childish, over the top, and unbearable to read.

Dramatic !!
i dont think so , its my instant feeling that i expressed , i have a verified paypal i dont want it to put it red with scams because all details are original , moreover i am still a kid , i am doing BS and i dont earn all i get is from my skills so 10 $ really matters me.

A lot of scammers try to scam small amounts from several people at one time. If no one reports small scams then the scammer will be able to continue to scam others

You're probably going to give up the account anyway as it's ruined now. Onto your next one scamming for peanuts.

You shouldn't have gone aggressive on him, maybe he would find it more attractive to pay up/cancel the dispute if he remained assured it was more profitable from him.
Anyways it's too late now, op will now never get his money.

LOL stop to acting stupid i NEVER said im in a front of a computer show it to me please ?

Since op showed how you opened yet another dispute, you have just proven that you were lying all along. An you were terrible at it; which is probably a good thing in some way.

I was scammed by this guy too.

And why are you saying this just now, and leaving negative trust rating only today?
If OP seen the negative rating prior to dealing with him, he probably wouldn't trade with him in the first place..

Why would anyone scam for 5$, he could of just sold the account for that much..

I've seen people scam for much less. Some people don't care and will take whatever they can get by any means necessary. Scam $5 10 times and that might be a lot of money to some people.

In the screenshots you post his message to you asking txid from you, but you are not presenting your message where you are giving him txid.
Yesterday was stress test, so if he didn't check on blockchain, he wouldn't see the transaction?

He logged out the same time you posted this accusation, which is strange tho :/ Why would anyone scam for 5$, he could of just sold the account for that much..
Maybe give it a day or so, to see what he has to say ?

So here I am yep I did a chargebCk because the coins where NOT there

I got them now and I'll close the pp dispute

its not like this you must close the dispute on paypal and moreover i have sent all the messages we had to paypal dispute support, it will be better you end the dispute.
BTW bitcoins are known for its fastness , and i sent just on the other second it appeared in the transaction list , everybody over here can see it but you took 12 hours saying no i didnt received it.
shame on you !

Tomatocage was right , i should have heed on his comment in your trust list.

Acting like a kid will lead you to no no where I said I'll close so I will I'm not yet home and just using my phone

Ang you may send what you whsng to PayPal if I whant to became jackass you will lose the 5 bucks..

So now just wait till I'm home (1 hour)

There, just like i said, you can't go and judge people without hearing them out first, although in most cases it does turn out to be some sort of scam.
Just to be sure, people who did left negative trust should wait for OP to confirm that dispute is indeed closed.

he is threatening me.

Any comments on this tho ?

cheers

In the screenshots you post his message to you asking txid from you, but you are not presenting your message where you are giving him txid.
Yesterday was stress test, so if he didn't check on blockchain, he wouldn't see the transaction?

He logged out the same time you posted this accusation, which is strange tho :/ Why would anyone scam for 5$, he could of just sold the account for that much..
Maybe give it a day or so, to see what he has to say ?

cheers

Any reply or help anybody can do to get back my paypal money , it is still under dispute.
BadBear is not responding , please help to get my money back.

Badbear, theymos or any admin here can't help you with your problem, they dont have access to the scammer's private keys or his paypal account. the best that you can do is dont trust newbies easily for they are always a throw away account and only made to scam

The PP dispute is probably legit.

You were more than likely paid with a compromised Paypal account.

There are many threads warning about Crypto and Paypal.

This is why you should always read the sticky rules BEFORE doing any transaction with reversible payment processors like paypal. Incase you missed it, here are the links:

You should move this topic to the Scam accusations.
Also Haven't you heard that "don't exchange bitcoin & paypal"? It's always way too risky...

Also scammers are not moderated on forum (They don't get banned).

Neither theymos or BadBear will get involved in scam disputes. However they may be able to confirm the validity of any PMs that you present.

Although I am not familiar with how PayPal disputes work, the level of detail in the Dispute form makes me believe that there is a low chance that the dispute will work in his favor.

Correct me if I am wrong, however it appears that the txid that you used to pay him was 534ad140fe13e24208179aa75868434596dd84db1ae85ab409feff290143cca8 ....this is based on the time stamps of the PM where he gave you his address

me too no idea how to handle paypal claims , jesus help !
