Did you kept any digital data of your wallet seed? pics, scanned photo, others
File recovery software will do a lot for files, but wallets often don't keep those files.

Best recovery software is EaseUS recovery
I advise you to stop using Badger wallet because it is poorly developed and most developers have moved to other currencies.

Wallets don't keep the seed on the phone's memory however, although I have never tried this before, maybe you can try and use some data recovery tool to retrieve the wallet file which should contain the wallet's private keys.
