They don't have strong legal ground for this demand but they are powerful enough to take chances and risk. Their strategy is to scare Mondo Media and they expect that Mondo Media will not counter them at court because of potential high costs of trial.
However I think the justice is on Mondo Media's side and win in this trial is very important not only for them but it will also send a message to the banks that they should not try to interfere with crypto sector.
