Had an issue with Giant X10 (almost identical AFAIK) and had to switch position of the boards... from that I learned that middle position is the 1. and I think the right one is 2. (when looking at it from behind, from where you can pull the boards out)
So I would try removing the faulty one and but one healthy in the middle, the other one right.

Hello,
I have an Baikal Giant B since one week working.
Yesterday the Miner was stopped and fuse was out.
OK so far. I plugged of PSU and then put fuse back.
ALL OK.
Then I inserted Power to PSU and just shortly one second blinking LED and the miner stop again.
Fuse not out.
Take out the cables from PSU to miner to check PSU, all fine with voltage no problem to PSU.
So try to connect card by card and found out when connecting middle card smoke and smell.
When not connecting the middle card the minier starts but without Fan.
I did not check further now if working in network with two cards, i want to clarify before.
Contacted support from baikal but without reply until now.
Can someone assist me. Or has expirience?
