Thanks for the help guys.

It turns out that it was my internet not sending enough packets. I was using powerlines throughout my house. My house is over 3 floors so the network couldn't reach all of the points.

I am now using mobile wifi connected to a router on one level and they are working fine. So are the others on the bottom floor with the powerline plugs. I guess the plugs were just rubbish.

I did try zpool but was getting a lot of rejected shares. I am not mining DCR on supernova.

Hope this helps if anyone has the same problem.

What pool are you trying to mine to?

www.lbrypool.com is pretty good and has 0% fee's currently so you get 100% of the profits from you miner.

What you might be seeing is that the pools work out your hashrate based on the number of shares you submit and at what difficulty, if you have too high a difficulty then you will not submit as many shares.

The actual number of shares submitted doesn't matter; they are calculated against difficulty.
The ideal target is to have the least number of shares needed to have your machine recognized online and at the correct hashrate by the pool.
This will give the least number of rejects and discards.

Hi everyone,

Hope that someone can help.

I have a Baikal Giant B and when hashing the interface shows 160 G/hs as an example but poolside I am only getting a third of this or around 70 G/hs at the most. I have tried changing pools and algorithms but it is still the same. I do not have the same problem with my X10.

Any pointers on a change in the settings maybe? as the Baikal says it is still hashing at the full amount.

Thanks
