I paid $2800 for my miner and I have a bad hash board on this unit.  The miner will stop mining or responding from 10 hours to 24 hours!  The board the PI came on would not work on the left hand side and finally I got it working by moving the PI board to the other red hash board. It started working but very unstable telling me that there is a problem with that one board at the very least.

They have looked at it but have refuses to fix it!  I reported it while it was still within 30 days on 9/8 and it's now 10/4 and I still have a very unreliable monitor!  Do not buy any of these units!

I finally setup an email alert though does not help me at work where I can not use my phone due to PCI Compliance. You can see the number of times it has failed since 9/29 to today.

This sounds like it is underpowered. Have you tried running it with a larger power supply? All baikals shut off intermittently without access to excess power.  Undecided
