I checked the cables.  What is the problem ?  
You have a bad IC issue. There should be 64-64-64 IC/Chip and you have 59-0-64, Its look like your 2 out 3 PCBs are bad,contact Baikal support to replace the Circuit Boards.

With the provided info I’d definitely go with the dumaflatch is out in the discombobulator.   Grin

No but seriously if you want some help I’d say your going to have to put forth a little more effort in the “ask”. 


I don’t own Baikal so I won’t be of much help.
