Currently the fastest fee is like about 3 dollars
This is the wrong way to talk about fees, especially when talking to someone who doesn't understand how fees work. First, we should obviously be talking about fees in terms of sats or BTC, since dollars is a constantly changing metric. Secondly, we need to talk about the fee rate, rather than the absolute fee. Given that 3 USD is currently around 8,000 sats, then for a 1-input-1-output transaction this could equal a fee of over 40 sats/vbyte. Conversely, for a big consolidation transaction with dozens of inputs, this fee might not even by high enough to meet the 1 sat/vbyte minimum for the transaction to be relayed. Talking about absolute fee is meaningless unless we are talking about a specific transaction of known size.
Normally we assume 1 input and 1 output transaction as an example that is why I said 3 dollars could be enough at that time I was writing.  But you are absolutely correct the fee should be always calculate based on the size of transaction which is irrespective to the amount we are transacting.

That's just a bug that they can't fix for other accounts. If it's not yet fixed, try to re-login again and again. But if that doesn't fix anything again, download their app and try accessing it there.

Based on my experience, one time that when it happened to me, I emailed them and suggested to download their app and it worked. It's been a long problem of blockchain.com. It is existing since they're still .info.

Or you might try logging in through incognito, just give it a try.

I don't have any problems with displaying my balance on blockchain.com, and I have to admit that I have never had such or similar problems when it comes to that wallet. Of course, I understand all its flaws and risks, so I don't keep more than $100 there - so if something bad happens it won't be the end of the world, and there's a backup of course.

aioc, is the problem still present with you? Since some people do not have problems, and on the reddit link one user says that he has the same problem since 17.1. 2021 - you may try another browser, clear cache/cookies, disable AdBlock or some other extension that may block the correct loading of the page.

Don't they have a mobile application? Perhaps you could try using it to see how it goes
There's a very good chance the mobile wallet will also not help, since it should be receiving/showing data from the same source.
From what I've read so far, occasionally it shows the correct amount but most users can't spend it...
- AFAIK, their mobile app comes with more bugs.

I am now using Exodus wallet I'm using both but between the two Exodus has not given me this kind of concern, well not yet.
I just finished checking Exodus quickly [former user] and it looks like it still lacks some features in comparison to Electrum [suggested by GbitG and Findingnemo].
- You might want to consider switching while it's still early [Exodus is okay-ish].

If you want to transfer your Bitcoin or in Exodus wallet is fine, choose SegWit wallet address because you can completely modify the fees as you want.
Based on a quick observation, I think Legacy addresses can also use their custom fee feature.

I got all my coins there I have to even if I have to spend $15 for $110 worth of Bitcoin, I have been using blockchain.com but I need money at the moment I still trust Blockchain.com but having to transfer when you need it, and this bug happens is a big concern, I am now using Exodus wallet I'm using both but between the two Exodus has not given me this kind of concern, well not yet.
Better use electrum to receive such small inputs so you can consolidate them when the fees are in single digit sat/byte so later you can make faster transaction at the cheaper fee using the mempool feature. Currently the fastest fee is like about 3 dollars so paying more all the time you want to withdraw your bitcoin is not a wise choice, so move to a wallet which gives complete access to your funds.

Good thing you have it now your Bitcoin, I have the same doubt to them, that's again the bug problem that usually Blockchain wallet users experienced, and that will take a few hours before it will appear in your balance even though the transaction is already confirmed.

It is now $15 for the priority transaction fee option?  That's a problem because you can't customize the fee, they had only two options the regular which is 1+ hours, and the priority option is 60 mins.

If you want to transfer your Bitcoin or in Exodus wallet is fine, choose SegWit wallet address because you can completely modify the fees as you want.

Log in to your blockchain.com wallet.
Click on "Security" at the top right.
Click on "Backup Funds" at the bottom.
Click on "View Recovery Phrase" on the window which pops up at the side.
Write down your 12 word recovery phrase.
Take that phrase to a better wallet (Exodus is fine if you are already using that), and import it.
Your funds should show up and you can spend them normally.

You should also move all the funds out of that wallet and in to a fresh wallet created on Exodus, since that seed phrase will no longer be secure once you have restored it.

Don't they have a mobile application? Perhaps you could try using it to see how it goes

The usual bug in such cases, afaik, is that some wallet is not properly sync-ed.
There's a very good chance the mobile wallet will also not help, since it should be receiving/showing data from the same source.

The correct approach is moving on to a better wallet.

As LeGaulois said, try using their mobile app, or export your blockchain seeds and import it to another trusted wallet.

One of the worst wallet and worst service too many complaints against them but they never give any better reply now time to change use other wallets like Electrum and Trust as they have much better features and easy to use I personally lost some good funds on blockchain but have never any reply from support as every time they are saying they cannot help you in this case.

Buggy wallet... as usual. Blockchain.com will never change its habits.

It appears that you're not the only one having a problem using it, this person also has a problem with the BTC balance not showing, and the post is only a few hours old.

Anyone experiencing this now, I have over $100 in my account coming from my signature campaign but the balance is not showing for several hours now, I have been refreshing this the whole day and every time I refresh I always log out automatically, I seldom visit my blockchain.com only once a month and this is the first I experience this after six years, I checked on the explorer my coins are still intact.
