I will be there and am looking forward for great talks, getting to know some more people in the bitcoin community and the beautiful city of Riga,  specifically since the venue is in the historic old town of the city. See you there! 

I have something else set for that weekend but I'm trying to move it so i can attend

EU residents have to pay VAT. Might be waived for non-EU residents. They ask for your country of residence when signing up. I was billed including VAT (Germany).
