If you think receiving merits can make you get Ban Appeal how about other members who received a lot of merits more than you but still can't get the Ban Appeal until right now. At this junction, one can sense a bad aroma coming from the judgment, because the said involved account is not a Senior, Hero and Legendary account in question. Am not in support of plagiarism and spamming, most especially plagiarism shouldn’t be UNBAN, either higher or lower rank members, undermining when it was conceived because is a grievous offense to mankind. Although am yet to ground in the rules and regulations that govern the forum, but let these two offenses be PERMAN BAN without any appeal, either the involved parties have contributed immensely or not to the forum, in as much they violate the rules.
Moderators should be aware that, before banning any account for these offenses, there should be very clear evidence for such actions, as this will give no room for feeble excuses from the victims.
