maybe a signature ban of some sort would be more appropriate.

I agree, I am not here to defend the user's actions nor I know anything about the alleged previous account, but the member "Salamstar" was very productive and added a lot of great content to the Arabic board, a ton of accounts are banned every day and I only share my honest opinion about banned users' performance when I feel like they deserve it, I think a signature ban for 2 years or so would be appropriate.

I changed it to a sig ban.

despite everything that has happened to his previous accounts and spending a lot of time in the forum it seems that the OP still doesn't know how to follow the rules.

I know the rules and I created this account only to show my innocence and restore my original account, and that I don't care about any new account and if you had translated the text you would have understood that from it.

but it was still against the forum rules.  I am not trying to let you down or drag you down since you've proven that the account on cryptotalk is yours and since members seem to appreciate what you do in your local board.
anyway, good luck.

You have a very strange way of writing lyrics. You copied part of the text written on January 2 and decided to publish it on March 27. Three months later. Quite unconventional. But okay, since this is yours, you seem to think in a very non-standard way.
What about your second accounts? Why do you write that this is nonsense?
In any case, the decision will remain with the moderators. Deprivation of the right to wear a signature, as mentioned above, I think, will show how much you value the forum.

It's good that you proved you were the owner of the cryptotalk account but how about the part of ban evasion?
@lovesmayfamilis connected your account to other previous banned profiles of yours and you haven't proved otherwise which means the ban evasion claim could be true. So, even if you were successful in proving that you copied from your very own account in another forum, the ban evasion rule will still keep your account banned.

The truth is, I have made my effort to prove my point of view, my innocence, and my desire to remain among you, and I can do nothing else but wait for the mercy of the managers. Perhaps my useful topics in the department will be an incentive for them to return me.
And what God decides that I must be satisfied with ..
Forgive me ..

If you are really the owner of that that you should be able to edit that post from cryptotalk and add some info like the link to your salamstar account, and stating that you posted the same text on bitcointalk, or something along those lines. In that case, you might have some chance to remove the ban.

I modified the comment and admitted my username here in the forum, and I hope this is enough to show my innocence and give me a new opportunity to recover my account here.

I did not plagiarize, but I am the owner of the account in the other forum and it is natural that my writing here in this forum is similar to my response there in the other forum and I can prove in any way you want that account belongs to me.

Recently there was a similar case, Incorrect ban for plagiarism - I copied my own text and from what I can see, it still haven't been resolved even though OP proved that he is behind the original content.

Edit :I just realised that you are ban evading as well. In that case, I think that your fate has been sealed.

It makes sense that both can be same in theme of the content but it's unlikely that it will be same words by words even though both persons are same. Can you prove that you own the cryptotalk account too by any way? If you can, may be you can get unbanned if mod consider the proof as valid although it's still plagiarism as long as you didn't add a source.
If the post was any kind of ANN thread, that would make sense why you have copied but in this case, I would still consider this as copy paste job for incentive purpose.

Plagiarism, and it's not your first account that has been banned here. So you not only tried to evade ban but also did not learn any lesson and continued to plagiarize content using your latest account

Let me quote the whole reply for you.

I honestly don't know what's going on in the Arabic locale.
This is not the first case of plagiarism identified in the past week. I get the impression that they don't read the rules at all.

Since Bitcoin is rare, most people are reluctant to spend it. Instead, they simply store it in the expectation that over time the value will increase. Bitcoin still maintains the possibility of a significant increase in value, and the fact remains that Bitcoin provided the first public, open, and digital asset the world has ever seen. Bitcoin was the first successful experiment and the potential for cryptocurrency to change the world is great, much bigger than expected ten years ago.

Besides plagiarism, this account has been banned twice already.

What was the original account banned for? Plagiarism? You have a fair bit of merit on Salamstar so maybe a signature ban of some sort would be more appropriate.

Welcome everybody

I just created this account to request a new opportunity in this forum that I don't like to get away after I got used to exchanging experience and interest with the existing members.
I am the member Salamstar and many of the members of the Arabic section know me well and attest to my sincerity and my giving in this forum, especially the section on my language. I feel injustice, frustration and great sadness because of my account being banned.
In fact, I feel great injustice because the ban came at a time when I was starting to feel safe and loved and I was giving with all my heart in this forum and I was surprised by a permanent ban like this once and without any error or reason worth it.
Yes, I admit that years ago I had a novice account in the forum and at that time I did not know the laws and made a mistake, and that account was permanently banned. But when my knowledge increased and I liked to place me a respectable place in this forum, I created a new account that I considered completely clean of any violations, and after I spent about two years with it, I was only banned due to a suspicion of linking with my old account !!?

Is this not unfair? I decided to start a new and clean page for me in this forum without any mistake .. I am only banned because of a meaningless link with an old account that has no value for a long time?

After I reached a good rank and started the first steps of my success, I fell on this unjust judgment ..
I am sad and frustrated. I just hope that my voice will reach the managers and that I will be given a chance to return to this forum. I hope that my many posts and useful topics here will be my patron saint to the managers to open my file again and return me to the forum.
I invite you to make a vote among the members in the section on my language and they will be the referee and testify to my merit and my right to return to the forum I love.

With all affection and hope, I accept my return request
