ban evasion doubles the duration of the ban. perma-ban because evasion is done when they evaded too many times (afaik).
I disagree. There obviously isn't a general rule for it, but usually a ban envasion will cause a permanent ban. In those cases, it is well deserved anyways.

OP: If your issue has been resolved, you should lock the thread.

OK, I just made +- 15 reports now.

Hope that same treatment is made to everyone on this forum by these moderators.

It should be without issue, double posting is not allowed.    They might not get banned but double posting should be deleteded if double posting and it adds nothing except a bump of thread.    Your's was pretty excessive so you likely got harsher treatment then some will.

But if you see one that was as bad as yours were and not being deleted, just start a meta thread about it with info supporting it.  That is next step if you see someone doing it at a huge rate and it's not removed.

It's very sad to see huge treatment differentiation on this forum, especially in the gambling section.

Majority of "big casinos" post multiple posts in a row, everyday, none gets banned.

We will keep complying with the rules but this is really sad for us -  we may be on the top10 biggest bitcoin casinos and got a 10-day banning for multiple posting on the biggest bitcoin forum where we give genuine support to our users on a daily basis.

Other casinos not only make duplicated posts but also have multiple threads which is also ilegal but no one cares - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/one-thread-per-site-only-39621

If you see others doing same thing that got you banned report it.  They should delete it in most cases.  You got a ban due to amount of it I believe.  For a smaller casino... you have a lot of double posts listed above.   And I realize you want to grow so I can see why you want to post but double post will not be something you can do.

Best you can do is report others you see doing it.  And it goes for any thread not just gambling.

Alright, it sucks to be outside for so long period, we are very active on the forum helping our users, but since there's no other way, let's wait for it and don't repeat same mistakes

Cheers

Even deleting it you might still be banned for good.  If you post outside of meta and are banned, it's a perma ban.  There is no rule that if deleted you don't get perma ban.

ban evasion doubles the duration of the ban. perma-ban because evasion is done when they evaded too many times (afaik).

Hmm interesting thank you for posting I did not realize ban evasion was only double.  Much more lenient then I thought it was.   Looks like old dogs still can learn something new Smiley.

Looks like I will brush up on rules again sometime this week.   I thought ban evasion was treated much harsher.

This account was only created to help on urgent matters, won't be used to trick / evade the ban.
Will be more attentive after the ban expires but wasn't aware that these rules were so strict (seeing from other topics of same kind)

If you think it's appropriate, delete this account / I won't use it more util the ban ends.
It was created to inform our users taht we are banned and to appeal the ban (since we haven't received any email)

Thanks for the time and replies.

Its fine to create a new account to appeal a ban, you cant however post in threads outside of meta or in threads that are not discussing your ban.

Apologize on that, the post was deleted.

If you unlift now I assure you that no more double self postings will be made on a 24h period, otherwise the same will happen but just in 10 days, got the idea already.

Cheers

Normally posting outside of meta during ban does not end up well though even if you did not know it was against rules.  But guess we will see what happens.

You got banned and you need to face the consequences, just face it Grin
Ban were made for a reason and you can't just ask to lift it immediately
I know it sucks but you are the reason why the account got banned Wink

Not evading your ban might help...

You are fully banned form posting (outside of meta) and sending PMs.
Any post or PM, whatever urgent matter it might be about, is already a ban evasion.

Hm, after a quick look at your topic, the following double posts (all with under 24h between each other) stand out:

Here and here.

Here and here.

Here and here.

Here and here.

Here and here.

Here and here.

Here and here (and here).

And that's only the last 10 days.

That's a reason to be banned permanently, you know.

(yes, we may have double posted some few times during the last week, wondering if that is a reason for a ban of this kind...)

nvm, we will be using this account to help people on this forum for the next 10 days.  Wink

Hello,

We have changed many of our posting policies during the last month since our last ban - 2 days, honesty before of that we were not aware of this anti-spam posting rules and we posted a lot on our topic.
Since then and specifically during the last month it was very rare the situations when we double posted twice during the 24h timeframe so I think it's tremendously unfair to be banned from this community for such long time when we are here for helping and not spamming as you may seem to think that we are..

Expecting to receive a quick reply.

Thanks
