Sorry for your loss mate but as mentioned already, these types of transactions aren't really moderated. Scammers who aren't violating the forum rules can only be red-tagged and flagged. Scams aren't moderated in the forum so it is highly unlikely that he will be banned. although I feel bad about your situation it was your fault.

What happened::
I have created a thread that I am looking to buy e-gift cards. He contacted me thru Skype. I have all the chats with him, so if anyone needs I can attach them here. I was naive that I trusted him even though I saw his Trust on this forum, however he claimed his account was banned and auction is not scam lol.. So I have bought from him gift card and once the payment was done - he disappeared. I hope karma will do the job
