I sincerely doubt. If you think you are a net worth member of the forum, show how much you've done for the forum and the mod may consider a temp ban + a few years of signature ban. Otherwise, you will remain banned regardless of what """your sister""" did. (P.S: Keep in mind that a permaban is permanent. You can't create a new account nor keep using the forum)
