To my perspective the issued ban happened while the account is representing the company/entity while he is hired to do his/her work here in the forum so I think in this case the ban should be applied for the company not the user itself. Because in real life scenarios an employee who screw things up for the company doesn't only bring his name down but also the name of the company he is working for. But we are talking about a Bitcoin forum here so it's really up for the admins to decide if the same perspective will apply in this case since we don't even have proof that the company is evading or not using a different user.

it is a little tricky since there is no way to know if the account has the same owner or not but we know both account works for the same company. both accounts having the same "motto" is a little peculiar especially them being on the same company. but then again it is not enough evidence to prove anything(it's probably not even an evidence). I am also a little curious why was the first representative was banned.

I have no idea if the ban should be applied to the service as well. But it doesn't matter when the account has been registered.

25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.

I think an alt is only fine for inquiring in the Meta subforum should the main be banned. Other than that, it is already skirting the bump rules.

The service Ann was created by the banned account, the new account is posting there info and answering questions.
I haven't reporeted it yet because I wasn't sure, that's why I posted this thread. Hopefully we will get clarification from the mods to know what to do in such cases.

I was surprised that the new account is answering all the queries so for me it's pretty obvious that its the one and the same person. With that said, this is ban evasion in my book.

I guess you can't prove that both accounts are connected and made by same guy even if company is the same.
For example I know one member doing multiple ban evasions with obvious proofs, but his other accounts are still not banned (one is even unbanned) and he is creating new accounts all the time.

Soure BPIP.

They have a new account >
serveria.com
Which is active.
here is their service ann

So if they were banned before this is then a ban evading, right?
Since the bans are personal, does this applies to a service/company as well?

Let's make it more clear.
You are running a company, and you have a representative in the forum, who cross the rules and the account gets banned. Then you fire the guy and hire a new one, he makes a new account and continues to post. (i don't know if that's the case, it's just an example)

From my perspective, the company made a bad decision in hiring the wrong guy, but the ban is for the company so any new accounts should be banned too. The question is what the service was ban for, as this can play some role in the decision.
What you guys think?
