Temp banned all of his unbanned accounts and extended the ban on the banned one.
If you don't mind telling, how long are Wapinter and Wapinter Bounty Portal banned for?
I have strong expectation they'll be back with one of their alt accounts (or another new account) before those bans are lifted.
60 days.

Question for the moderator that eventually reads this thread:
How are ban evasions handled with shared accounts. In a regular ban scenario, a user is banned (as a person) and thus all their accounts are banned.
If an account with shared access from users X gets banned, are all users affected by this ban, or is just the user that caused the ban (thus violated forum rules) banned together with their shared account.
If so, how is it determined which user is affected by/included in the ban.

tl;dr: Does Wapinter get a free pass to evade their ban here due to the fact they gave access to their bounty account to other users or are they held responsible for the actions made in their name?

AFAIK it's on a case by case basis. In this case, the primary owner of the account is apparent so he's the one responsible.

Why are you avoiding my questions? You only answered one, and even that you didn't fully answer, you evaded the core of the question.
I've asked you WHO has control over WBP, not how many. I've further asked what the account is banned for and who is responsible for the ban.

Questions above unanswered are:
Why did you start new bounties while being banned, when you only evaded your ban to ensure ongoing bounties and their participants are not being abandoned.
Why did you post ANN threads (assumingly get paid for posting them) while being banned, was this necessary and essential?

I never bump any thread but I feel it is my responsibility to keep bounty participants updated thats why I post on those threads.
And it's also your responsibility to start new bounty threads while being banned?

There might be more, those are only the ones since June 10th (I assume WBP has been banned in the first week of June, correct?)

Why post ANN threads on behalf of others while your WBP account is banned? Someone else (who is currently not banned) could have posted that.

If you were only evading the ban for the sake of keeping already started bounties updated and doing the right thing for your current participants,
then why accept new offers and start new threads while you are banned? You could simply refuse the position, saying that you are currently unable to start new campaigns/accept management positions.

Please also note I created Wapinter bounty portal account after one of my friend posted this on my behalf https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/common-shared-account-for-bounty-management-allowed-3603094
Who are the people that have shared access to WBP? What reason did it get banned for, and who was the one in control of the account that caused the ban?

In this post, the user Wapinter admits they are in control of the two accounts btvGainer and Wapinter Bounty Portal.
They also admit they never sold/bought any accounts, which would mean that they have always been in control of those accounts.

I only own 2 other accounts besides this one.Btvgainer and Wapinter bounty portal.I am not involved in account selling.I still own all my accounts.

Furthermore, they also admit that WBP is currently banned (for 30 days, apparently). They admit that the ban is not yet lifted and still active.

I promptly lock the thread as soon as I learnt that a campaign I am managing is dubious. Unfortunatly xeonframe was posted by Wapinter bounty portal which is not available due to ban for 30 days hence I can not lock the thread but I am deleting the forms and posting this info in spreadsheet too.

Combining #1 and #2, they openly admit to be evading the ban on WBP with their alt account Wapinter, which they use to manage/bump the bounty threads posted by (the currently banned) WBP.
