Due to the fact that a lot of bounty managers just simply don't check, those users most likely thought that they could leverage some other person's profiles into a reward for themselves. I believe this is probably a common occurrence.

There is 90% chance that Rizwanindia and asiwajuadejumo used tvplus006's twitter profile link knowingly or unknowingly. If knowingly then treid to destroy tvplus006's account. And 10% chance both account is of same person used same twitter profile by mistake. In this case they didn't understand they using other profiles.

Regarding Olaiasal36, olaiasal11 and Olaiasal18 if Olaiasal36 or Olaiasal18 not banned then they are abusing bounty.
