@vit05

I wonder if anybody has ever paid him for his bogus legal cover/help.
We really should be seeing people banned for successful scam attempts. He adds nothing to the forum, personally I’d nuke his account.

Anybody with a trust rating like this should be banned, it’s obviousoy justified.

-8192: -13 / +0

Also he left me & everybody else in the bitcasino.io & sportsbet.io sig campaigns this trust feedback -

Promotes the publicly proven bitcasino.io scam for his own financial benefit = criminal offense!

bitcasino.io is operated without a license and in breach of AML and other laws!

He pretends he can help people who’ve been scammed or are owed money by a casino / sports bookie. I can’t be bothered to search for it but I’m pretty sure he has tried to charge people for help claiming he’s a lawyer or knows a lawyer who helps with gaming scams.

Stick him on ignore, the guy is a total loser.

Edit - Found a link incriminating him -

Sent 3 emails within 3 weeks and never received a response!

If offenders think they can get away with ignoring Game Protect, I can inform they are wrong. Wink

What game-protect messaged one of our players (shared with their permission):

The larger the casino is (for example stake / primedice or bitcasino) , the higher is the chance they will settle Because otherwise they will lose unlike more And as I already informed, the owners like Tim and Miroslav and Stunna likely also committed the criminal offenses of tax evasion in their countries of residence! Or do you really think that they informed the tax office of their home country about the exact amount they collected from players? And if they let it go to legal enforcement, they are at high risk of getting sued for AML laws breach in Curacao and in the country where their physical office is Why would they take all the risk for 30 or for 50 BTC? I mean the money laundering they committed can bring some years in prison as well Money laundering in the height of bitcoins worth $ millions This can bring some years prison time And btw, the managing director and licensor in Curacao is also liable. And 1668/JAZ made uncountable millions And 8048/JAZ as well. These are the 2 big You want to win and risk your bitcoins with - 1% or even more expected value, so you should definitely risk your bitcons with + 50% expected value I already gave you a lot of info, but I know unlike more, so I am almost confident that they will settle and if not latest lose at the court 1668/JAZ was also wrong, but they were stubborn, until they got sentenced

What you are offering is blackmail/racketeering as a service, not only is this highly unethical but I strongly question the legality of what you are doing. You are making the claim that these websites are "probably breaking X law" so you can blackmail them for money back to keep quiet? I have no interest in responding to your emails and you can consider this a written ban from using Primedice/Stake.

3/5 of the sites you feature on your homepage are members of the crypto gambling foundation. One of them that isn't is "betonline" which is very widely known to be a scam site, video evidence exists of them rigging games. If you continue to fill up this thread with your bullshit you can be certain I will make certain no website in this entire industry wants your business. The fact that you aren't banned from this forum is a travesty, you promote known scam sites, you prey on players who are put in a bad position by online casinos and then try to gouge them for an extra 10% of what they were scammed for and best of all you pretend to do so with the most ethical intentions. The worst part of your presence on this forum is legitimate complaints and attempts to rectify issues are flooded out by your non-sense spam which makes it easier for casinos to ignore issues entirely.

He probably has offered those kinds of services for more people. I think theymos has made some changes on the feedback trust page to not let some people use this as game-protect use. Limiting the number of feedback someone could make. He just spams in the trust feedback page.

@ Amrendrapatanjali

For $1,000 I can arrange that Duckdice will receive a lawyer order. They are clearly obligated by the applicable laws to give the illegally taken crypto currencies back, so it is + EV to proceed.

To be honest I never personally reported his post when he was trolling me about being a welfare recipient because he already had a negative trust rating. I've looked at his other posts and it appears others may have done so. Might make my own report now.

Do that but also make sure that what you're reporting actually breaks forum rules. Personal disagreements or even insults are not moderated. That's what the "Ignore" function is for.
You probably mean something like this https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/posting-deceptive-hyperlinks-to-gain-traffic-3112348Smiley

Unfortunately for us, GP recently explained forum rules:
You have posted twice in a row to bump (posts have since been deleted), but here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.47819049
Two posts within 5 minutes is not a second bump on bitcointalk, as the thread is aleady on the top!
No one can beat his logic, that's it.

There were alrrady some threads against him, this one comes again. Good alternstive example of game-protect is quickseller, seems on this forum blaming others for non valid reasons or claiming false "claims" against others' businesses isn't bannable. But they got red trusts where you can see references which overally suggest not to listen to this users and just ignore, that's end of story.

why is this the case? I didn't know about unit testing at the time so yes my site was buggy. His attitude was he was an authority figure and newbies were listening to him. Yes, my site had bugs,  but it's not completely my fault. My partner was supposed to test the withdraw system.

As posted earlier, he has a tendency to blackmail and harasses casino owners of all sizes. We weren't ready yet, but he was already trolling us. extortion, blackmail and slander are illegal, so the forum should enforce these laws. it's not as simple as banning him because newbies think he is an authority.

I remember he was begging for money a few months back which if I remember correctly, is against the forum rules.

You can either add them to your ignore list or report their posts as "Offtopic". The second one generally works out nicely if you dont get a itch under your skin every-time they post and would have to wait for the moderators to handle it.

Either way, personal insults are not moderated since this is a forum and people can say what they want even if several companies are running their business here in public threads.

I'm assuming you mean game-protect. How many times did you report their posts and how many of those reports are "good"?

He's a scammer and troll. Believes having a total of $500 in your checking account makes you wealthy. Spreads misinformation and makes false accusations. I know there's a policy for not banning scammers but he is a troll.

Thoughts?
