I caught this address creating about 40 accounts on one of my sites trying to bot it. (using different IP addresses) This negatively affects my rates with solvemedia because of incorrect type ins. The owner of this wallet is a desperate loser that would run a site into the dirt for a few pennies.
Now I have to add a feature to my site so that the same wallet cannot exist between multiple accounts.
