Full Picture:
I must confess that posting this was very conflicting - I mean who reads crypto Company Culture when there's the mammoth task of going through WP? I also thought of filing this under "Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery" before coming to the conclusion that there is a clear cut difference between basing a company culture on something admired and copypasting their culture wholesale without any acknowledgement. It begs the question "who are you?" - if all you're doing is appropriating another's company culture wholesale in an industry where developers have a nasty habit of vanishing into the ether. Coupled with the fact that this was a DeFi platform and handling data, I felt it was best to bring their "corner-cutting" approach and let the community be the judge of.
