A Great Time to Start Something!
It’s been months since Thailand’s largest Bitcoin exchange was forced to stop trading after the Bank of Thailand ruled that Bitcoin is “not a currency”. However, as of February 15, Thailand’s Bitcoin.co.th is ready to operate all types of Bitcoin transactions once again.

Why does the Bank of Thailand have the power to decide?

At least Thailand does not try to pretend the bank isn't extremely powerful.
Their system has an almost charming level of honesty.

It is positive laughter. Particularly in this part: "Thailand’s largest Bitcoin exchange". Said exchanger is the joke, not the "largest" one. Really the oldest and largest dealer never stopped trading.
