There is no service called "bitcoin". What exchange are you using? Whatever it is, users here probably won't be able to help you as that is a service problem. If you need help, contact the support of the exchange you are using.

I have been attempting to link my bank account to bitcoin for the past week. When I do this, it does not give me an option for instant verification(like I have read about). It will only verify via sending two deposits to my account. It took 3 days the first time. After I finally received deposits in bank, bitcoin said the amounts were invalid. I entered the amounts exactly as shown in my bank statement. Bitcoin locked me out from entering amounts because I tried too many times. I canceled my bank from bitcoin and re-added it. I received 2 more deposits and the same thing happened again. This is very frustrating and I'm tempted to just throw in the towl.
