Unfortunately it's not as easy as just opening an account up and setting up shop

You have to conduct some meetings and let someone above know what you're doing and figure out how you can both make it work (they'll tell you what they need in order accept your business)

If you're trying to play against government regulations then you simply don't have a shot in that country.

Brokering BTC with personal accounts is a clear violation their terms. You bet your ass they've flagged and sent your info to tax agency now.

The problem isnt banks dont deal with bitcoin. They dont want to deal with YOU after finding your nonlicensed money business.

I don't think it's that, the branch managers at both banks were quite cordial, it seems to be an order from the top.

So I have been brokering btc for a while now, got most of my personal bank accounts shut down because I was conducting business with them, so now I incorporated but TD and BMO still don't want to open an account for me (not even a business one).

Anybody know which banks in Canada would be willing to open an account for btc related activities ?
