We need more details. Did you send the personal message to someone who did not contact you first? If so, that act of sending a personal message to someone who doesn't know you (and didn't contact you first) contained with a religious passage could be seen as a solicitation.

Solicitations, spam, advertisements sent via personal message to anyone can be a ban-worthy offense.

You only have 10 posts, this is probably your first ban, are you still serving out your ban sentence? Don't test these ban timelines. Wait it out, learn from your mistake, and move on. If you post while under temporary ban you will get a stiffer penalty. Don't test the system.

since we are free to say whatever we want to share... but at least put in on the right page, since you don't know the details of other person, of course aside from your friends... but when it come to personal message to unknown please start it with introduction, purpose of your message the contain and a little apology if you offend him in anyway....
