I haven't seen bitcointalk this bad, ever.  The shitposters flock to the huge threads because they think their garbage will get drowned out in the flood of diarrhea, but there are people who are going through those threads and reporting garbage posts.  That's not even taking into account all the one-line shitposts in the altcoin/bounty/token threads.  That section is just a cesspool of fecal matter.
Aside from those people who are scanning it then report, moderators had became tired so they just nuked it all away. I think those spam megathreads deserves those rather tham reporting one by one. In addition, campaign managers (referring mostly to those who manage campaigns in bitcoin) are getting stricter and recognize spam megathreads so most likely they will not be accepted.

Seriously, bounty campaigns having hundreds of participants will not take time to monitor their participants so, in other words, mods end up cleaning the shitposts of their participants.

Yes, sounds like temporary ban. If you did not copy/paste, scam or cheat and willing to learn creating good posts and learning about forum and cryptos, also helping others, then why should you not get second chance? Here are several honorable members, who began with low quality posts.
I assume you haven't read what mprep wrote:

I was going to suggest he come back when all the bitcoin addresses have been used up, but I like his idea.  And for the people who stop by this thread just to shitpost opinions, I do believe this implies that it's a permaban.  Poof, done.

I did post more at the off-topic section, but it was not all that much( not up to 1/3) of my post count. And more to the point,I never knew that answering some questions in that section required "quality" post. All am asking is for them to consider me in either way since I have leant my lesson.

If you are banned for a period of time then you have to wait. If you are permanently banned then oh boy, try to join r/Bitcoin (reddit) maybe?
Am ready to wait for any time frame they will give me till it is unbanned, but the problem is that I don't know whether it's a temporal one or a permanent one.

Wait then...just try logging your banned account once in a while to check if the ban has been lifted. If your offence is pardonable, it might be a temporary ban. However, if you've been a nasty nuisance, you can't be helped.

Yah, but he won't be able to spam for bitcoin there (I'm pretty sure).  That's the point.

OP there are many of us who just want people like you to go away.  There's no point in giving second chances, because shitposters never even acknowledge what their mistake was in the first place.  They'll just keep repeating the same behavior that got them into trouble.  And it requires too much bct staff time.

As I understood when your account is banned and you open a new one and start to ask "why am I banned?" Moderators ban this new account as well. You see, they ban not just an account, they ban you, as a person, from this forum; that's why you can't start all over again.

You can only create a new account to appeal you ban (by posting in the Meta section). If your appeal was denied, your account will remain banned and you can't use a new one. Which part you didn't urdestand?

The moderator gave me the chance of appealing my banned only in this section, and that am not allowed to post anywhere else.

Because it's ban evasion, which again isn't allowed. You must of known you were posting low quality posts, and would eventually get banned for it. If you've already spoken to a moderator, it's unlikely that their stance is going to change just because you've made it public.

My account (Wintezs) was banned because it contained a lot of low quality post. I created this account to appeal, but the moderator said it can't be lifted, and more over,I can't use a new account again. I accept my mistake, but please if the old one is banned, why won't he give me the chance to start afresh with caution since I have learned my lesson.
