I have gone through this "user" post activity, and he is just the bounty hunter. Necroposting, spamming, plagiarism, all there. I don't think any real reason for having multiple accounts besides airdrops + bounty should be applied to him. Thus I would say this is definitely painful to lose 2 member accounts in the row, ba, to be honest, you should never claim that far if a merit system would be working from the beginning.
Mind that I was not referring to OP on that post but the one quoted instead. That is the real problem of OP bounty hunting. Tho the real problem is the copy pasting which is a mortal sin in the community.
You have to be clear for your statement about the merit system cause it is pretty vague on my part
