Of course not. As in other areas, only a small percentage of projects/companies survive their first year. And taking into account that in crypto everything is moving faster, I guess project lifecycle can be shorter than 1 year.
And I'm talking about normal projects, not scams or morons of different kind. And we have them in great number, and they don't have the slightest intention even to start real development. These projects die pretty fast.

The market still down, so yes, it is a good time to buy more coins. By I personally think there will be even better opportunity. My guess is that bottom will be in the first half of autumn with BTC price around 4k.

Good question. Unfortunately, there isn't a simple answer to that. But I believe that the main factor is speculation. The market cap is relatively small and it isn't hard for big players to manipulate the price of main coins like BTC and ETH through some of the exchanges. The market will remain so volatile at least for a year or so. And no matter how strange it sounded, it is necessary that more big players with different strategies to enter the market. I think that will help to make the market more stable.
